What I ordered was really good, but I didn't know what 90% of the menu said. There should have been descriptions with the items too make ordering easier. Also we had an 18month toddler with us and there were no highchairs or booster seats so it made it really hard to keep him still. He wanted to wander around. There's no kids menu either. Would be a great place for date night with no kids only if you can understand the menu.

I am super disappointed I had such a negative experience as I love endive and their mission to bring great vegan food to Richland. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back until they are able to train up their staff to timely get orders out. I placed an online order and was shocked at the 60-75 minute order wait but proceeded because I do love their food. As soon as I arrived (after the order pick up time not to mention) they said it was going to be another 10 minutes. I sat in the drive through for 20 additional minutes waiting for my order. When it was finally brought out staff didn’t acknowledge their mistake or care enough to try to make things right or apologize.

Five stars for the food.
Two stars for service. And we’ll talk about that first off.
I don’t know if they just assumed I was a repeat patron or what.
I called and told them I had never been there.
And I made a reservation
Upon arriving I was greeted and seated. And no body explained how the ordering process was supposed to be.
So.. here goes.
you have to scan the fob at the table.
It pulls up a menu online that you have to login to the wi-fi to see. No reception in the building.
None. We even asked for a paper copy of the menu after figuring this part out and still weren’t ran through how it works. But the menu on paper has LESS than the menu online.
Okay..
So you place your order online and they don’t come to your table again until the food and or drinks you order like coffee are sent out.
There are drinks and water in the cold case that you get up and get yourself.
Very Interesting.
After eating when you get your bill on the phone the suggested tip starts at 18%.
For what I do not know.
Unless it all goes to the cook. Which is okay by me because that was the only thing that really shined here.
The food.
The flavors were really spot on. The portions were excellent size for the price. I had the noodle soup. With shrimp. It was very tasty and all the flavors mixed together were amazing.
Would I go back? I don’t know yet. Possibly. Very good food.

Food was delicious. Very fresh and flavorful. Chef owned and they know what they are doing. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food, desserts and most of all excellent service. Had the best mother's day dinner with Mahi Mahi and an amazing coffee paired with a blackberry dessert bar.... scrumptious!!
Just an observation- did notice the 2 guys cooking and running to serve tables need another person to support the waiting of tables.
Great job guys!!!

Great, small, local place. They feature some delicious food, kicking coffee and a wide variety of flavor and taste for your pleasure. Innovative in that you get "fine dining food," at Panera prices, and you're not dealing with a horrible corporate chain, you're helping to make the Tri-Cities weird and local.

First time stopping by went in for a date night and enjoyed a delicious meal with some great wine. Both my partner and I had the Poke bowl and it was really tasty. Very fresh and light yet filling. The service was good although there was only one person doing the job of 2-3 employees. Cashiering, cooking, dishwashing and more. Once 3 people were in line ,plus our table and one other that was there, we felt bad asking for another glass of wine since the person working was already doing so much so we decided to end it there. Props to the staff for working so hard. Will be back for sure but for lunch or I will call ahead for pick up.

We had a wonderful first experience! We were greeted by two employees when arriving and were asked if we had been in before. We stated that we had not and the nice young lady behind the counter went over the menu and asked if she could make us a coffee while we decided what to eat...at which point I asked for a cappuccino. We ordered the shaved ham eggs benedict and it was the best I ever had. We will not be back but are coming back tomorrow for breakfast.

Amazing we loved it and the service was great! Personal favorite: smashed potatoes (not sure what they are really called- video for reference 😍)

I've been to Endive several times. I am always excited to see what interesting, fresh things they will have. It changes OFTEN. I am so grateful for their gf and vegetarian selection. It is a real gem of a place, featuring the art of our amazing local artists!
