A few pros, a few cons, I try not to be too picky. The coffee tasted fine (americano) , but was way expensive. I can appreciate specialty coffee, don't get me wrong! However they only offer one or two small sizes, and they cost as much as a medium would elsewhere. Wish I knew that before going. When I asked if they offer drinks in 16oz, I kind of felt like people looked down their nose at me. They do use a few brewing methods not offered in most cafes so if you feel like trying a new thing, it may be worth your time. I like the store set up and it was nice to sit in--when it is calm. However, the line crowds some of the tables when it is busy, and I felt a little encroached on. They might do better in a larger space for that reason, not the best if you are with a big group. Check it out at a slow time if you're going for the first time.

If you enjoy complaining about coffee snobs, don't go here, you will become one. They have amazing coffee and the owners and staff are a pleasure to talk to everytime.

This is your best coffee Roasters in Vancouver. They have a great setup from espressos to pour over, cold brew and also very good quality single origin beans. Definitely will be coming back for another round.

One of the best beans I have tried. Have been ordering this coffee for some time and absolutely love it.

Standard service paired with standard coffee as above-average prices. New commers might get sticker shock on some of the pastry offerings. Great staff don't overcome the oddities of the menu pricing given the large number of competing coffee shops in the area.

Everything I've had here is super tasty. I especially love the Mexican Mocha.

Hi! For my first time coming to this coffee shop. I felt like there wasn't anything "special" about it, don't get me wrong it's beautiful and clean. The coffee was delicious! I will definitely return and try the pastries.

First time here and tried the cajeta latte while visiting the Vancouver Farmer’s Market. The latte was very well made, with a mild caramel flavor without being too sweet. Truly delicious.

Business Only

Emory refused to take a picture of me in the store saying it was against "company policy". It was not so much that but she also gave a guest the look of death when she offered to take a picture for me. I was not aware the map painted on the wall was strewn across the internet so it was not so unique. Nor, was I aware the coffee was AWFUL. Luckily Kelsie offered to take the picture for me. I give this facility a one as it offsets Emory's treatment with the wonderful work done by Kelsie. I didn't ask for my money back, I just went a half block down to "Washington's" coffee-maker. Where, by the way, the service AND coffee were excellent.
