Classic Coffee

This place makes the best coffee in town. Consistent. Friendly employees never rude. Wish I could go daily.

The coffee is very good and very hot as it should be.

I stopped in for the first time last week. It used to be Forza. It is a perfect stop on my morning walk/run (won), keep it positive. The coffee is decent. However, after my third visit, the unfriendly, borderline rude staff ended the possibility of me returning🙁They should know there are other coffee options in these parts.

Pretty good. Service is good. But they lock the door, so you have to hope she sees you to let you in. So, I'm not even really sure the shop is open to sit inside. It was a nice day, so we chose to sit outside, but with the door locked, not sure we could've stayed inside anyway.

Coffee:
Great quality! They had what seemed like a million flavors to choose from, and the coffee had the perfect amount of bitterness to it. Very enjoyable 🖤
Customer Service:
All the workers I saw were females, and they were pretty nice. They seemed very eager to help me anytime I wanted to order something.

I was stuck there for about 8 hours because I was waiting for my car to get fixed. They were polite the whole time and didn’t complain about me waiting there.

I am so impressed with Classic Coffee! Even my side kick, Mr. Handsome, likes going there because they give him treats too♥️

I just went in to get coffee beans. There was no greeting or saying hi. Then I chose my coffee beans and paid with credit card. She charged on my credit card and gave it back to me. She didn’t ask if I need a receipt. She didn’t say goodbye or thank you and immediately turned her back away from me. It’s not like she was busy with multiple customers in line. There was jo one behind me and only one customer was waiting for coffee. I felt completely ignored. I would have given a one star, but I decided to give 2 star only because I like the coffee beans. I do not think I will ever return to this coffee shop again. I don’t want to be treated like nobody. I’m not asking for much but please interact with your customer with some respect.

Because of a mistake on the employees part today I was denied the opportunity to purchase my coffee because they had it pre-made for me because I have been a daily customer for the last three months 7 days a week usually with my big French Mastff puppy. So because I was 2.30 short they wouldn't spot me until the next day. I really love your coffee but this girl embarrassed me to the point I drove of in tears will have to find a new place for my daily coffee.

Love the coffee here, it is delicious and the girls are so friendly that work here. The only thing is that sometimes the drinks come out inconsistent depending on who makes them.

It was Forza. But it still has great customer service. Same awesome employees. I love the drive up. But going inside has a cozy feel. I just don't have the time to really enjoy it. I've been there when it was busy. And times it was slower. Anytime you go, always a friendly smile. Not long wait times. To me, this place is way better then Starbucks!
