The Shop is really a necessary part of the Perry St District. The seating has improved with several small tables available. An improvement over the couch. Nice variety of food and drinks for such a small place. Little bit over priced for the some food items. The English muffin sandwich $5.

I decided to try out this place since a lot of my colleagues take their coffee here. I was really amazed by the different memorabilia on display. Their coffee was brewed to perfection and the service was fast. I also liked the food listed on their menu, which I will try the next time I go there.

Excellent place to get food and coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are our go-tos. They even have one on (I believe) homemade focaccia.

Went in the morning for a cup of coffee. Friendly staff, super easy going. Some low key jazz is playing and I'm watching people walk by just starting their day. Very relaxing.

My wife’s absolute favorite coffee shop. If you haven’t been, you should go. Today. The staff is amazing and the shop has that perfect small business vibe to it.

I have grown up in this neighborhood almost my whole life. I have seen the shop grow into the icon of the Perry district. Family members come here often, work here, played here. It is a worth whIle place for everyone to stop by if they are in the area. Also great coffee ;)

5 stars on atmosphere alone - heart of the funky "Perry District" - only been here for coffee/lattes (great). But they have beer and wine as well. Out door seating ... special events ....off street parking. Worth checking out.

I'm a little shocked at the high ratings. I'm knocking a star off for cleanliness (so much dust piled up on numerous lighting fixtures, behind the ice cream sign and crumbs all in the pew seating), and a star off for generic and overpriced coffee. My quiche was amazing. The pastries looked good but I'm concerned with overall cleanliness, to be honest.

This place has a comfortable relaxed feel. You walk in and there is seating that you would find in an old school house or someone's old-school cabin. Nothing super fancy but it is fit and is perfect. There is outdoor seating with a garage door. The food is amazing but simple. Even though they sell pastries and treats (even gluten free), there is some healthy options too. Some Breakfast options include frittatas, quiche, hemp protein shakes and my favorite- the gluten free focaccia breakfast sandwich. They have healthy bowls that have rice, meat and veggies and so much more. There is cupcakes and cookies plus ice cream. Pretty sure there is $3.00 Mimosas on the weekend. Coffee is great and there is coconut and almond milk options plus other dairy and non dairy options. It's a perfect place to meet up with some friends or do a little studying or work on your computer (with your head phones). The staff is great and they also have fun movie nights in the summer that they project on a white painted brick wall next door. Check it out.
