Cedar Coffee

Every once in a while an experience is beyond 5 stars, and visiting with Igor (owner) this morning at Cedar Coffee was a rare experience! The chill Euro-vibe, coupled with Igor and his wife’s love for people and coffee, make Cedar Coffee transformative. The vegan gingerbread made by Common Crumb was perfectly baked (Paul Hollywood handshake) with strong notes of ginger, pairing well with espresso blend, which Igor hand roasts in the back room. Igor and his wife immigrated from the Ukraine, and local online paper ‘The Inlander’, has an excellent story on their bold move to Spokane. Thanks to all that have helped Iryna and Igor set up their beloved coffee shop - it is a true Spokane gem.

Friendly little coffee shop with pleasant music and sociable baristas. My pour over and my brother’s chai were both excellent.

Best chai tea lattes in Spokane. Made with real tea and spices, not a store bought mix. Relaxing environment. The back room is warm and cozy in winter.

This place is FANTASTIC. The coffee is unique and delicious. The layout is clean and airy. You would never know you are just steps off of Monroe. The shop is peaceful and full of light, and the owner is so kind. Everywhere you look there is such care in each detail. There’s even a handsome overflow room that can be used for events! I absolutely will be back.

Absolutely perfect. Lots of dark wood and plants. The furniture and decor is absolutely gorgeous and so comfy. Lots of space inside. Quiet jazzy type music, lovely natural lighting. The vibes here are SUCH a bullseye. Our barista set up a table where we wanted to sit and was just the sweetest person in general. Giving a really good impression of Spokane!!!

Been here three times now. The owners are amazing. Great baked goods. The coffee is well-roasted, great flavor. They have flavor syrup options that are house made, I believe. They also are good about taloring how sweet you want it; I only like a touch of sweet. My coffee has been perfect each time!

We do not deserve this man or his shop. Atmosphere, pastries, drinks, service, it’s all wonderful. Also he sells tea and knows how to brew it properly and this brings me great joy

If I say this is The most Covid friendly coffee shop in Spokane, I haven’t lied! Warm and peaceful environment; plus a very welcoming staff and great customer service. Syrups are homemade and coffee tastes amazing at Cedar Coffee. Come here and make your day brighter. 🤗

Way to expensive for their servings. Also it’s a small place, it does not seat everyone. Also the barista was a bit rude in that it felt like she did not want to be around everyone.

The coffee is very good, the owners and their family run it so everybody is quite knowledgeable, and it's a cozy European feeling atmosphere.
