Brews bros is by far my favorite coffee shop in downtown Spokane! The customer service is incredible the staff are friendly to talk with they respect your time. The drinks are incredible especially the coffee they have a wide variety of items to choose from.

I usually love this shop but today a woman had a drink she tasted and it was too sweet. She only took 1 sip and asked if they could remake it for her and they told her it really no. They said she would have to pay for a new drink. I felt this situation was not handled properly. With Starbucks if your drink is wrong they will remake it. Other than this incident this place has been a second home so it really confused me since the woman here are usually really accommodating.

I work at The Davenport Hotel & buy coffee & bagels almost everyday. The past year I have gone to this Cafe 6 times & been treated with the worst customer service. I went in today to buy bagels with my coworker & both baristas were busy talking to each other before asking what I wanted, they told me they would let me know when my bagels were ready I waited about 10 minutes when another customer informed me that my bagels were ready sitting on the counter. I would rather spend my money at Norstrom Cafe. I tried to give this cafe a chance but the women are rude & seem offended when you ask questions about their menu. I hope none of my coworkers at the davenport don't get this same customer service.

I have been to the drive-up locations many times.. One of my favorite coffee shops.. this was the first time I've actually been in there downtown location and I look forward to visiting more often..

The description says “compact”, but it seats probably 30-40 people, lol. Great coffee, good breakfast sandwich, fair prices. I’ll be back!

I Love the downtown Brews Brothers Coffee Shop. Great coffee, and breakfast items. Come in during the afternoon hours, and enjoy a good cold brew. Hidden just on the other side of the STA Plaza, this place is a great nook, with friendly people, and a cozy atmosphere.

My first time there, I got a "real pumpkin chai tea". Absolutely delicious! Mindblowingly so! The staff were friendly and the sitting area felt comfortable :) Would definitely love to come again.

I’ve gone here for a few months now but I won’t be back. This is the second time I’ve gone in and the employees are just kinda snarky with me. I’m a barista myself and it’s not that hard to smile and give some customer service. I usually tip because I always appreciate tips but I only tipped 60 cents because of the bad service
