Great vibe and nice baristas. It's a bummer my Americano wasn't very hot. Really good scone, though.

Croissant refrigerated. What?? Impossible to tell till it was handed over. No flakiness at all
ONE person in front of me but waited forEVER for a simple cappuccino
Actually no idea what they were doing
Milling around
I DONT need ‘fast food’ but the service was ridiculous and the croissant sucked
The cap was good though

Very spacious place. Has 2-3 times the table of a normal Starbucks. Great coffee and outstanding environment.

Worst Barista customer service I’ve ever experienced.
What kind of milk do you offer, “all of them”
Coconut milk?, “We don’t have that”
Can I get a cpl pumps of syrup, “we don’t do pumps” and rolls her eyes.
So how do you measure (no response)
I tell her I hope her day gets better, “it will now” totally snarky, as she slams the cup down. I’ve never regretted stopping anywhere for a cup of coffee… UNTIL NOW!
And the rudeness continued person after person after me! Definitely will NEVER be back!

One of the best coffees I’ve had in a very long time! Perfectly balanced, no bitter aftertaste, and delicious foam with oat milk. Highly recommend!

Not one of their feeble wall outlets could hold onto my obese laptop charger

It's fine if you're on the block. Not dog friendly.

Arguably one of the best places to have a coffee and actually get work done! Most coffee shops are too artsy for any functionality but not Victrola. Sadly it seems that everyone else knows this too which causes the cafe to be too full to sit. Additionally homelessness can be problematic which effects the chance of sitting outside.

The drip coffee is not very good. Tastes kind of like paper towel if you know what I mean. Maybe they don't rinse their filters before brewing. Also not served hot enough. Half way through my cup and it's tepid at best. Staff is very nice though.

Since my days of being a Husky, Victrola has always held a special place in my heart. Their coffee taste unlike any other coffee I’ve ever had. The taste is unmatched. It was something I looked forward to every morning (or actually, every morning I saw I had enough in my bank account to treat myself to a cup) . That is the only drawback, their talents are priced appropriately. A 12oz latte will cost you around $$4 before tip. But like I said, it’s well worth it. The staff has always been top notch, and even during their busiest hours, they took time to remember me and greet me like an old friend, which makes every morning so much better.
I recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know when visiting Seattle, and i always hear back praise. Bravo Victrola!
