Cedar and Spokes has a great location right next to Pike’s Place and offers amazing views, amazing brews, and plenty of natural light. They roast in house so you can see them doing it while enjoying your coffee. The espresso is pretty good, and even though it might not have as much depth as other places it still has an obvious high quality. The service here is also 10/10.

Rain of shine, Pike Place is always crowded and touristy, so I am surprised to find out that Cedar & Spokes Coffee is often quiet and almost feels like a sanctuary just two blocks away from the epicenter of Seattle's tourism hustle and bustle.
Housed in a long, irregular space with ceiling-to-floor wall windows, the coffee shop is spacious and looks bright even on an overcast day. The large spacing between seats accentuates even more the minimalism that I really enjoy. It's rare to feel so much space in a coffee shop so I come from time to time to work or read. Glen is an awesome barista, warm and down-to-earth, always up for a nice conversation.
One interesting thing to check out at Cedar & Spokes is the automatic roasting machine at the back of the shop. I am not looking forward to robots making our coffee and now roasting beans, but well, it's also not the end of the day if that's where technology leads us to.

Coffee is just average. The space is very nice and clean but I feel I can get better coffee in other modern spaces unfortunately.. cool place to checkout regardless

High quality and full body coffee. The macchiato was delicious.
Quiet, great for working. Pretty hipstersy atmosphere and hence a little on the pricier end.

Coffee is decent but there is a kid room! Enjoy your coffee and let your kiddo play without disrupting everyone’s quite coffee time!
5 stars for the kid room, 4 for the coffee

After moving to Belltown, perhaps one of the most iconic destinations for coffee in the world, I decided to try all the coffee shops in the area. I wanted to figure out where the best coffee and vibe is.
Cedar and spoke has the best coffee. I love visiting; they have a bright space with views of the sound, the small team are all very friendly, and it has a nice and lighthearted atmosphere.
They roast the beans in house, so you can’t find their coffee anywhere else. It’s a very traditional coffee menu, and they focus on executing the staple espresso drinks to perfection. Espresso, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc. This is not the spot for seasonal syrupy specials.
If you want to see their coffee shines, try a dry cortado. The lower amount of milk leaves room for the taste of the coffee shine through. If you really want to explore coffee upgrade it to include the deconstructed espresso with a dry cortado. You get the dry cortado and the two ingredients on their own - espresso and steamed milk.

Average bland coffee. The place is good to escape pike place bustle. Barista takes forever to make one cup

Found a great coffee/café shop near my work. The place is larger than it seems from the outside and it’s very clean and modern. The menu is simple and easy to read and it’s full of tasty drinks, they also have delicious looking pastries/bakeries as well. The Matcha latte I ordered was great as the Matcha flavor wasn’t it too strong a.k.a. it wasn’t too bitter and the milk was not too sweet, it was perfect! I will definitely come back to try their other drinks.

One of the best coffee spots in Seattle. The staff are passionate about the coffee and it shows in the quality of the drinks. Also, the water views are a lovely way to start the day.

Small coffee cart, so it can take a little extra time to get your drink but well worth it. Service was great. The best part is the ample, comfy seating in the space, which you can enjoy to drink your coffee. Great for casual morning meetings. Saw some long meeting tables but not sure if they're all available for public use.
