Great location. Terrible employees. Completely messed up our order and then proceeded to have us "get them to fix it next time". Go across the street for coffee!

First time in a while I have experienced service as rude as I did here. I walked in, made brief eye contact with the barista behind the counter. It was completely dead in there. She looked at me and continued what she was doing - which was complain about her job to her coworker. I stood at the counter while she and her coworker continued to do that for about 30 seconds. Another employee approached the counter and I thought to myself - oh ok maybe she's on break and that's why she's been ignoring me. Nope, he looked me in the eye, took a sip from a water bottle he had under the counter and then walked away. I waited for another couple seconds and walked out. Maybe go somewhere that values costumers. Good coffee isnt hard to find in Seattle.

Nice selection. Excellent coffee.

Poor customer service. Two employees were chit chatting with each other while customer were waiting in line to place an order. A customer in front of us got frustrated and left.

Come for the coffee, stay for the amazing selection of Natural Wines! We always pick up a few bottles when we stop in for our caffeine fix.

Surprisingly good wine selection. Nice staff and love me some Kuma Coffee.

When you walk in it will seem tiny and crowded, but there are hidden seating options. Not a ton of options, but an upstairs balcony above the coffee bar and a slighted elevated area behind the coffee bar. Coffee was pretty good.

Great service and delicious coffee. Hard to go wrong with visiting this coffee shop, especially if Rosie is working. Try the lavender chai!

They know the science of coffee down to the proper amount of dissolved solid of coffee necessary for a perfect cup. You can also get a quick cup to go. Coffee snobs will be happy here.

Got to do better than this in a town with so many great coffee shop options. OK coffee, minimal food options, lackluster service. Just a good location, but much better options close by.
