Did not like the drip coffee, nor the stuffed bagels. Great friendly staff though.

Healthier coffee options on the menu. The mud water is really good. Gluten free muffins too!

Nice place, service wasn't bad, drink was alright. But you have plenty of options to make it better.

absolutely incredible spot, found it by accident when a starbucks had no available charging outlets! remarkably cheap for the kinds of drinks they're making, they have such unique combinations of ingredients & im working on trying them all. from mud water, drip coffee, espresso, protein shakes to stuffed bagels warm muffins & parfait cups, kozy kup is kind of a personal heaven. i've spent double digit hours in the store sitting with my laptop on their array of seating options. tables, two couch circles, and a raised bar that allows you to look out the window; all of which have outlets! (such a big thing for me in coffee shops.) baristas are always adorable, both in the way they interact with customers & each other. they also provide punch cards, 10 drinks & the 11th is free. not a feat at all with the variety of product & a great way to keep people coming back. my favorites are the kandi cup & the kloud cup. can't wait to try more

Terrible staff, terrible coffee. The barista Taylor was so incredibly rude! They whisper to each other as well! Not okay

Torrie I belive is her name she suggested their egg bites and I crave them everyday. Their drinks are awesome and the guy in the back made my Lotus so delicious, strawberry peach pink lotus 🤗 . Great energy and I even purchased their cups for future fills

The customer experience from each rep each time I go is always great. Their drinks have been really good from the 4 different kinds that I've tried, the peanut butter kup is my favorite so far!

Love that they offer Stevia flavors, it's my go to Sweetner for my coffee. So much easier to get my coffee from here. I usually bring it with me for other coffee stands, I try to come here as much as possible, hopefully they'll expand into central richland in the future. Also I'm pretty sure they're the oh stand offering this.

Great place. Only 4 because they charge for a second shot in an Americano. Will return.
