Great locally owned coffee shop with excellent coffee and a super friendly staff!

First time coming here and I have to say that I absolutely love the atmosphere of this business. The inside has ample seating, charging areas, and plug ins. The employees are kind and knowledgable about the menu and the drinks were beautiful. I got a February special Kupids Kup and it was delicious!

The Kozy Kup is a calm coffee shop with smooth music and delicious coffee! Would recommend here if your looking for a place to study or relax. The coffee in the pictures are “The Koffee Kup” and “The Kokonut Kup” <- pink drink

Every time I come through tri cities I stop here! Love the atmosphere and the owner is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could support this establishment, but I have now had two bad experiences with them.

The first visit I thought the barista was maybe having a bad day, so I gave it another shot today.

Honestly I left the drive thru and drove off to black rock down the road.
If you are not friends with the baristas, or a regular, they really are no help and or friendly whatsoever.
The gal who was at the drive thru this time around saw me struggling to decide on a drink, (I parked too far forward from the menu and couldn’t really see.)
She watched me like a hawk as I was struggling to read lol. I tried asking for help but she really just seemed very annoyed.

The first time we had a similar experience, but they also messed up my husband’s drink.
When we told the barista,
she took the drink from my hand, closed the window, and then came back with a new one and didn’t say one word.

After this last bad visit I’m done, I will drive down to ethos, or black rock when in the area!

Locally owned, locally managed coffee shop in South Richland, Wa. Comfortable and Kozy atmosphere. Amazing menu with everyone's favorite. Friendly baristas are working hard to learn there craft and bring the best coffee experience to the tri-cities.

Loved this recommendation from my friend! Great coffee, nice atmosphere for conversation, and their pastries looked great. They had one gluten free item that was delicious and they did a great job at keeping it completely separated from the other items. It looks like it is locally owned too. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Good place to gather with friends. Comfortable seating, friendly service. I didn't have anything to eat, so can't comment on their food. My drink was hotter than I prefer, but now I know to accept their offer of ice to add to my cup. Returned on a hot July day to get an iced drink (lavender lemonade) that was delicious.
