The Kozy Kup

I get my hair done next door at Origami Salon so I started coming here before my appointments. The shop is so cute and the staff is very friendly! Their drinks are delicious too. I fell in love with their Red Bull firecracker drink, which was a July special. Now I’ll drive out of my way across town just to go get one. Even though it’s not on the menu anymore, the baristas are super nice and make it for me. It’s so good and the drink even sparkles!

I only use the drive through but I noticed that the inside of the coffee house always looks clean and modern. The servers are very pleasant and the coffee drinks are consistently good. I just wish they had more gluten free food products to eat with my excellent cup of joe.

Loved the berry stuffed bagel. The coffee was pretty good and the inside vibe is pretty nice.

The coffee was a smidge better than Starbucks, except you couldn’t choose from but one option on drip roast. Second, refills don’t exist. For 50¢, Starbucks offers anyone a refill on any size and if you have a gold card (not hard to get) ALL refills are free while on the same visit (of regular drip coffee). Kozy makes you buy an entirely new coffee at full price and waste a perfectly good cup and plastic lid (one more thing to end up in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch). I am not a Starbucks fan, particularly for their political advocacy, but their regular drip coffee is a far better deal and I’m sure the Tri-Cities has better offerings than either Starbucks or Kozy, with more fair prices on basic coffee. Also, to insinuate I should tip for a cashier taking my order and handing it to me over the counter is very presumptuous. Blaming the settings of the Four Square system is disingenuous- they are programmed to the preference of merchants. If workers want more money, they should actually provide service past the counter. Otherwise, they can do the same work at McDonald’s and get the tip they deserve. Tips are for over-and-beyond, not for just doing their job at an overpriced cafe. The Kozy Kup is my new favorite locally owned coffee shop. The atmosphere is relaxing usually not too overcrowded and the sofas make any length of stay comfortably enjoyable. My new favorite coffee is The Koffee Kup! If your looking for something full of flavor with a little fizz and you typically drink cold brew coffee then you have to try this one! If you're looking for something a little more energy drink related then you have to have The No-Kap Kup with vanilla cold foam on top. "No lie" it's the best energy drink I've had in a while!

I am always looking for non-Starbucks espresso shots when I travel. This is a place that I will definitely return to. Great coffee, great atmosphere (layout, music, energy), enjoyable experience!

Very sad to have to leave this review. As this was my favorite coffee shop but not as of today. Received the worst customer service after having to come back because the bag of coffee I had purchased 2 days ago wouldn’t make my espresso at home, it clogged my machine after 2 attempts. Very roundly I was told sorry we will be out $15 if we have to grind you a new bag and the setting you got it grind is the only setting we use to grind our coffee. 😏 so let the customer be out $15 with a bag of coffee that can not be used all I got was well yeah. People fyi do not have them grind your coffee bag if you buy from them.

I was honestly disappointed with the coffee here. My iced drink was gritty and my boyfriend’s blended drink just tasted awful. Seemed like lack of sweetener and poor quality espresso. We did have very good service though so a star to the excellent staff! Just not great tasting.

I love this coffee shop! Kozy Kup is the BEST. Their coffee is so smooth, the shop is beautiful and the staff is friendly. It's the only one I go to anymore!
