I feel bad about writing this review because I generally love Roasters but this has been the hardest location to like. It felt like the manager just wanted me to go and hurried me along (wasn't super busy). I had a reusable cup in hand, which he didn't ask about, and before I knew it I missed the chance to tell him.

Also, I asked if they had anything Cotton Candy flavored and the Manager said he would mix a few things with Revel to create that taste. Tasted NOTHING like Cotton Candy... More so just a mix of fruit flavors. It was weird to say the least. I mean, if you aren't comfortable making it, communicate with me. I would have absolutely ordered something else.

This was the second time we'd been there, the first wasn't a super friendly experience either. I will still stick with Roasters but will likely go out of my way to avoid that location.

I go here a lot and it's always good coffee, the girl with the streaks in her hair was so friendly I decided to leave a review. Thanks=)

I was having a bad few days a couple weeks ago. It must have been written on my face because the woman who worked the window gifted me my drink free of charge to me and told me she hoped I had a better day.
Dont know her, love her.

I went to this roasters coffee shop and we ordered 3 medium Italian sodas. We were ignored and were given a small size instead and charged for a medium. They proceeded to fill our cups to the top with ice, providing very little space for any flavoring or drink. Waste of my time and money.

This location is full of black mold and fired 2 employees for closing to clean it. There are so many quality local coffee shops, no reason to pay into disgusting leadership and coffee.

Good service but I was not expecting my drinks to be halfway empty 😏😒

Have tried this location twice, both times the barista for my order wrong. Took a long time to explain what I wanted (eg if I ordered two things instead of one, her brain broke) One order was a hot chai tea latte, she asked if I wanted spiced or Oregon Brand, I specified spiced, she repeated it back but still made the other kind. The other was a special espresso drink (not on the menu) I explained what I wanted (espresso and steamed heavy cream, breve cortado) she asked questions I tried to explain and answer everything, after about 6 rounds I think she got the concept (seriously not a complex drink at all), but she made it cold and only made it luke warm when I asked her to make it steamed. Very frustrated, would not go back unless I was sure I would get a better barista. Quality and selection are fine though.

I gave them 1 star because the coffee is good. However, I was the 3rd car in line and don't have time to wait for more than 10 minutes to even move while 2 cars go through on the other side. I left to go downtown to Indulgences or around the corner to Starbucks where at least the line moves. That is what I did!

Very helpful to me and my sister about their products they serve and gift card's as presents. Not being a coffee drinker myself, I learned that serve Hot Chocolate, a favorite of mine. .So in that they have a new customer.
