My favorite coffee place I don't drink coffee but I love the energy drinks most always delicious but its embarrassing when they ask if I want to leave a tip on my card every time not comfortable with that if I wanted to leave a tip I usually do but I feel pressure to leave one when they ask

Need less flirting interaction with their customers. Feels like it take 15 mins to get a drink here. The coffee shop on Bombing range is way faster than this one.

It can get busy at times especially when they running the $2 medium coffee all day special. Limited snack choices. Limited coffee flavor offerings. I guess their pricing is commensurate to the taste and quality of their offerings. 3 1/2 stars.

never had bad service at blackrock, baristas are always super engaged & friendly but not in a pushy annoying way if you know what i mean. the drinks are a little underwhelming considering the hype that i was introduced to the place with. the chai chiller is really tame in flavor & the last one i received was more liquid than chilled. my only reoccurring order seems to be the blended mexican mocha; crazy good but still very rich! i definitely see how some people get hooked, but for me it feels like an acquired taste.

I got a large cinnamon chai latte. And I left the stand and went home. My first sip was a chunk of cinnamon and it was like doing the cinnamon challenge. I opened my drink and there was cinnamon everywhere. The cup was filthy of it. And the lid had it stuck with it. My family have not had good service from this location. I recommend the steptoe stand.

Staff is always super friendly and make excellent coffee and related drinks

What’s the point of have 2 lanes if you’re going to close one all the time.

This stand in particular is TOP TIER. All staff is literally so nice and take it upon themselves to remember your face & drink. Example A; I came through in two or three different vehicles and was asked if I want my same order which is multiple drinks, I wouldn’t consider myself a regular either! (All remembered perfectly).

My choice of coffee here in tricities. Just the right amount of coffee and sweet.

Good coffee, I specifically had the Mexican mocha. 😋
