i’ve gotten to all the roasters in the tri cities area and i have never been disappointed as this one. i repeated my order 3 times clearly since the employees were too busy chatting and they still managed to get all my drinks wrong. they were very rude especially the blonde she purposely did everything wrong. also got charged more so i do not recommend this location, puts a bad rep on the other roasters!!

This was one of my favorite places to get coffee when I visit the tri cities but now I’m not so sure I’ll be returning. I am very disappointed in the employees and even the managers lack of knowledge on allergens in their products. They claimed their products don’t list ingredients or allergens on them. They were too lazy to ask the manager until I pushed to know. My girlfriend has celiac disease and cannot have gluten or she will have severe side effects if it’s consumed. In my past experiences they were always happy to figure things out and make the customer happy. They were always upbeat and made such a great atmosphere. However that seems to have changed lately. They don’t care to make sure allergens are known or work to figure them out. They are more into rushing to get things done than to take care of their customers. It seems to me the only thing they care about anymore is getting your order and getting you gone. I understand wanting to keep times down but when a customer has allergens that need to be accommodated it’s time to take a moment and actually put in the effort for them. It is also important that things are labeled with an ingredient list and allergens. I am very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Disappointed in the coffee after the change over to Black Rock. I got a blended mocha today and I found it lacking compared to what I would get just a month ago when it was Roasters. I will try them again to see if things improve. The price was also 25% higher.

I paid $13.50 including a $5 gratuity for a 32oz caramel blended extra shot of coffee with caramel drizzle. I got a 24oz and didn't notice until I was almost home. I'm really disappointed because I've spent a lot of money at the Kennedy Road location because I've always got great coffee and great customer service. This is the only time I've had this happen.

Love this place. They have the best coffee in the world. The blended salted caramel is amazing. My husband and I go at least once a day if not more. If you haven't tried Roasters yet you are seriously missing out on the best.

I always come here for my drinks when I get the chance, the employees are fun and outgoing always polite and honest.

Roasters is my favorite all time coffee ☕! For some reason to me the coffee tastes best at the place just down from the mall. Recently I had a coffee at the place off Keene land it tasted like my favorite one down from mall.

Best Dopio in town. two espressos over ice with white chocolate powder. and for only $1.75 you cannot beat that order!

Real hit and miss with this stand. Too much inconsistency with their drinks. They mess my drinks up so much, I'm surprised I even still go back. Its those few really good drinks with the good baristas that keep me coming back unfortunately. I watched them not only mess my drinks up today but the lady before me. The manager just sat there and watched the whole thing unfold and never stepped in to make anything right. They don't care if you have to wait in line over and over to get your drink fixed to be not fixed! They refused to refund me and took both the drinks and only gave me one free drink credit.
