Let's start with the food, it was good and a good size portion and was as ordered. The service however left us a little confused. There were what appeared to be 5 to 7 employees working in various areas. We ordered a mocha and was told another person did that. After waiting for that person, she said she did not make that drink. Another person said what do you want. We ordered, it was not even close to what we ordered. There were about 10 folks, any many seemed as confused as we did about who did what. Perhaps management needs to organize their employees with a little bit of training. UPDATE I have spoken with the owner about my post. She is eager to help her employees give The best service possible to customers. She appreciated the comments and was very upbeat and friendly during our conversation. I feel she was genuinely wanting to help her employees give the best service possible.

Popped by for a Banana Smoothie and a double tall latte in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of folks in line, but it moved quicly enough. The smoothie was good, not too sweet, perfect on a hot day. The coffee was mild and decent, slightly on the darker side of a roasting style, but no bitterness and no brightness. Middle of the road good, I'd say. Would we stop here again? Absolutely. The staff is friendly and they work hard to please regulars and passersby.

One of the regulars recommended I try the Gardener bagel sandwich and I am so glad I did! I added pastrami. Highly recommend! Much better road trip fuel than chain restaurants.

Love that they have gluten free options! Had a sandwich on a gluten free bagel that tasted amazing! Great place for lunch and my coworkers love their coffee. They also sell items from local vendors. Cute place and very friendly service!

Stopped here on Boxing Day to get our caffeine fix after leaving our Airbnb, mostly because it was the only place open around and got surprised. My boyfriend got The Dallas and I got a breakfast bagel. Bagels themselves were chewy and delicious, they were both stuffed full but very tasty. My vanilla latte was great but my boyfriends americano was so hot he couldn’t drink it for about 40 miles down the road.

Best Reuben and breakfast sandwich we’ve ever had! Coffee was great too. And the people were friendly. Perfect place. Love it.

Had the BLT with turkey in a spinach wrap, overall good, although the bacon was a tad bit burnt. More on the pricey end, but if you are super hungry the location is in a great spot right off the freeway :-)

I made a stop here today on my way to the Seattle region. The shop has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. My family had bagel sandwiches and the bagels are very good (locally made and fresh). The toppings are deli quality. The service was fine: accurate and punctual. Our espresso drinks were made to order. The espresso is better than Starbucks (not very flavourful, but also not remotely bitter--even when I allowed my drink to drop to room temperature). I'll visit again if the occasion arises.

I had the "Dallas" this bagel was epic. Huge, loaded with flavor and fresh. Definitely recommend going to this place! The Dallas was a bit messy though so grab a few extra napkins!
