Sage Coffee House & Bistro

Great place full of friendly staff. The food always looks and smells so good, coffee is great. This is a good little place to stop off the highway for a quick snack or a good cup of coffee made to order. Always seems very popular for breakfast and lunch, some of the lunch sandwiches are amazing.

Best bagels I’ve ever tried. I literally took my first bite as I was driving on the freeway and had to take the first exit to turn around and go get another one! Must stop and try!!

Been wanting to stop here for a long time. The coffee was fine but the lady taking orders was impatient and flustered (it wasn’t very busy) and charged us $23 for a sandwich. When we asked about it she didn’t care. Won’t be going back.

Came here for lunch on a trip to the Gorge for Tame Impala and it did not disappoint! A place that actually does a vegan wrap/bagel correctly with crisp fresh ingredients and a soy/dairy/gluten free vegan option as well which is so difficult to find! The coffee they serve is also quite good, if a little bit on the too sweet side but would definitely come here again. Maybe it’s my fault for getting extra flavoring, lol. The owner/crew were also kind and welcoming.

Great sandwiches and coffee. Needed something quick while passing through and this little shop delivered. There's plenty of space for a sit down, indoor and out.

Sage was mediocre. Stopped in to spend some money, stretch our legs, and get some coffee. Was going to photograph some merchandise to send to a friend, but was rudely told no to. The rule is the rule, and I'm good with that, but the lady's tone was so rude. Last time I stop there.

This place will NOT disappoint!! Their bagel sandwiches are delicious!!! The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming!

My husband got the Ovenell breakfast bagel (they create it for you!) and 30 minutes later he is STILL talking about how good it was!!

Do not let the mask whiners ruin this place for you. We did NOT once feel unsafe. They give you the option to order from OUTSIDE and to sit OUTSIDE! Just. Do. It!

Bought my food and was in the parking lot with my wife and dog, when the waitress had some other customer come out and take pictures of us in our car! I followed the man who was taking pictures, and confronted him. And he said the waitress told him to take pictures of us, cause there has been a lot of theft lately... so if you do go there just don't eat outside cause they will consider you a theif!
