Meridian BigFoot Java

This is one of favorite places to stop daily . This location in particular has gone down hill in the past month. I've had to find the next nearest three times to have a drink remade. The girls have a great attitude about remaking my simple blueberry red bull with cream .💎 I've had them remake it at this location (puyallup) and still comes out tasting strange. I have tried to switch to coffee but it's burnt so I stick to MY redbull when in a hurry for work . I hope they bring back the girl with the purple truck.I never had a problem when she was there🌹

Got an email for a birthday drink at big java. But since they couldn't find me through my phone number and I dont have a big java card they just sent me off. Terrible customer service, now I remember why I dont normally get my coffee from here. I will go back to dutch bros or Starbucks forsure!

Cups are filled under where it should be. Order is constantly wrong. Rude attitudes and looks if no tip is given, even though the order was screwed. Left Starbucks because they started slacking, but now going back. Big foot java Barista's need more training.

The coffee was good, but the baristas didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The service was okay, but would probably go to a different coffee place if I were to go through again.

I ordered a mythical mocha 6 shot 32oz and they burned the hell out of the coffee. Seems to be pretty normal at Bigfoot now days, so worried about production rather then quality

The baristas need to clean hands in between customer due to sanitary measures! I had a terrible experience. One of the baristas grabbed and put her fingers inside the cup and she just had touched money. In addition, she grabbed the straw from the tip where people put their mouths.

This was my first time ever at BigFoot Java. It was late evening so not too busy. The barista was very pleasant and the facility was very clean. Oh, and my coffee was delicious.

This is my first choice to go.I get a 32 oz & some times 44 oz mocha hot with whipped cream.If you have a dog in the car they will give you a small milk bone dog treat.
