The coffee was pretty good as well as the latte, but they were pretty much out of their pastries and had no way to toast them. The lady was nice. May come back for the coffee but not for the food.

I spent around 10+ minutes to get my coffee at 3am only to be told afterwards that that don’t accept cards w/o chips. Seriously?! I couldn’t have been told before wasting my time? This is definitely one way to irritate a person that has to be at work at 4 AM and work for 12 hours. So I happily left without coffee to find a Starbucks that I know would accept a card without a chip. Thank you Starbucks for coming to the rescue. Money is money.

Man is she awesome? Not only pleasant to talk to & easy on the eyes, but the drinks were fire too. Working graveyard myself in Puyallup I must say she really is a shining star in a very dark area. It's too bad she said she was only a temp fill in at that location 😞 Someone get her a management position stat! World needs more people like her

Yeah asked for a hot 20oz legendary latte and they handed me an iced legendary latte. Waited 15 minutes and was on my way to work. Didn't have time to have them remake my drink another 15 minutes.

It was at 1:00 AM so there was no big line, just me and another customer.

Probably not going to waste my time with a second chance.

LOVE the coffee here!!!! I travel a LOT for work, and I wish I could pack one of these up and bring with me where and when ever I go. Their white coffee in the mythical mocha is TO DIE FOR!!!! They offer it iced, blended, hot, and even non caffeinated options, and the BEST part is that they are open 24/7 ! It really helps out working night shift at the hospital.

I've never had a bad experience at any of the Bigfoot Javas. Baristas are friendly and always get my order right. My favorite is the Mythical Mocha; chocolate, Carmel and whip cream! Yum!

I don't know what it is about this coffee stand but it always takes forever and a dang day for them to help the people in front of me and then for them to make my coffee. Usually I spend at least 15 minutes in their drive thru. The coffee is usually good though

If you’re pregnant and are caffeine free team and love sweet get a white chocolate with coconut milk, foam and caramel. My go to even during breastfeeding

Was a really good coffee except i think there barista was more intuned with her phone then helping us or taking our orders. She basically tuned us out and we had to repeat ourselves 5 times this morning to get her attention and take our order. Other then that tjis is my first complaint ever about Bigfoot. Always phenomenal coffee served with a phenomenal staff

I went there this afternoon and am very unsatisfied with the service I received. I had one car in front of me and they had already gotten their drink but we’re just chatting away but what was really upsetting is when it was my turn the girl doing my drink that takes a few seconds to make was just chatting away with the other girls then when I asked for whip cream on my sons smoothie she gave me an attitude and just pushed the drink at me. Was very rude and I go there a lot but after that I’ll go somewhere else
