I went here with my kids in the car and I ordered a mythical mocha which I realize is like $6 by itself and 2 waters for my kids because I didn't want to spend the money for hot cocoa. Then the barista said my total was $8. I was a little bit shocked and looked at the receipt and I was charged $1.10 for each of the waters. I know cops aren't free and some places charge like a quarter for water but a $1? I could have gotten them a hot cocoa to share for the same price as the 2 waters.
My rating is mostly based off of customer service (or lack of) even though my simple coffee order has been messed up more than once at this location. The girl that "helped" me this morning must really be having a bad day since she only spoke to me when she had no other option. She didn't say hello, after I gave my order (that she messed up) she didn't even acknowledge that I gave, she obviously couldn't wait to turn around and continue talking badly about some customer that "disgusted" her. Next time I'm just going to 7-11, at least the coffee tastes better, costs less, it's faster and I will be treated like a paying customer and won't have to listen to unprofessional drama. Not that it should matter but I've noticed it does at most drive up coffee stands, I'm a 28 year old female. ✌️
Love the staff here, always friendly. Wish people would treat the baristas better, I've seen so many people think a coffee stand worker is the perfect person to vent their anger and frustration at the world onto...protip... they aren't!
Left here about 10 minutes ago. TERRIBLE service. Sat in line about 25minutes because every car was at the window nearly 10. We ordered 3 drinks and it took 8 minutes to make them (most places get us in and out in 4). The blonde had no smile and didn't listen then when we told her our order. When we told her she made a mistake on the drinks the response was "oh OK." And a blank stare. After about 20 seconds she offered to remake the drink and by that time it was apparent it was pointless. The coffee is burnt on top of it. Will NEVER waste our time or money here again.
PS. We just went to a store and commented about how they were faster than the coffee stand down the street and they instantly knew who we were referring to. There's clearly an issue with the speed of service.
I love big foot java and normally get good service from their employees.. but not today, one of their workers was really rude from the moment I pulled up and giving me attitude. So I ignore the rudeness the first time and then I’m having a conversation with my son.. while I’m waiting for my drink and she wants to turn around and say WHAT so rude. By now I’m frustrated. So the young gal give me my drink and didn’t say have a nice day or anything just gives me my coffee turns her back while I’m saying have a nice day and thank you . so now I’m beyond mad because this is a place I come 3 times a week to get my coffee and my first time even dealing with her. So I’m calling miss she still walks away and ignores me. So I’m screaming excuse me and the other worker looks at me and walks away.. so now I’m yelling hello and the one worker stops and said yes.. as the worker answers yes the employee that was originally helping comes back with a attitude. And I ask her, what is your problem? She said she don’t have one. I told her you made me feel not welcome and uncomfortable the moment I pull up! And I don’t appreciate at it. I’m human and I wasn’t being rude to her so why be rude to me.. she said I gave you your drink.. it’s not about the drink. It’s about treating your customers with respect and being polite. Which she wasn’t! Now i won’t be going back and will be letting people know about there employee who one didn’t greet or had a smile. She looked mad and mean from the start! Horrible customer service horrible.
In my experience the girls at this location are very slow, indifferent toward customers, and the drinks are rarely up to par.
After waiting AT LEAST 10 min today, I was FINALLY able to get up and order my drink. First she didn't have the supplies for what I wanted, but all good... I just ordered something else. THEN when I received the drink she didn't put the lid on all the way so it spilled all over me. THEN when after the first couple sips all the actual coffee was gone and all that was left was a watered down ice slushy. So if you want to pay $5 for 90% ice 10% coffee be my guest. I also think it's weird that this is one of the only coffee stands that doesn't reward loyal customers by using stamp cards. Even Starbucks has a loyalty program. Weird. . .
WOW just left this stand and these girls are zero inviting or friendly. I pulled up and the barista was so far from the window when she asked what can I get you, as I was telling her she walked even further away with no eye contact confirming she heard me (ya know normal social skills) I wasn't even half way through telling her my drink before she seemed annoyed. I honestly didn't even know if she could hear me. Then the other girl that rang me up was just as annoyed looking, she didn't confirm i was checked in after asking which location it was.. just super short the entire time. Ill stick with my normal stand on 176th, even if that includes going out of my way from Debbie downers. Oh and of course my drink didn't have whip becuase she was too busy intentionally not listening for whatever weird reasoning she had for that🙄
I asked the Barista to surprise me. She gave me one of the best coffees I've had in quite some time the sticky bun. If you like morning breakfast I highly recommended. Breakfast mixed in your coffee.
Went to order and was told that my request for a 64 oz. ☕ coffee cup will be brought before the one(s) in charge so, waiting to see if anybody will give heed to my request.

Very friendly staff. Good tasting coffee. The drive thru could use some lane painting as it's not clear how to get to the other window...
