Horrible service, bad drinks always, apple fritter old and stale. This is the only location I've had issues at.
Things have changed and are way better as of April 2021. Back up to 5 stars!

I love BigFoot. The baristas are always friendly and make the drinks pretty quickly. They offer a huge 44 ounce "Mega Foot" size for iced drinks. It's expensive, but I'm a sucker for huge drinks.

The service is great and I'm served in a timely manner! My usual is an iced americano with some cream. The espresso is delicious not to bitter and full of flavor.

The coffee I had at BigFoot Java there in Puyallup was the best I had during my stay in Washington. It was absolutely delicious. I wish they'd build one in my town in Ohio!

They are almost always right on the flavoring and their speed of service. I have always been happy with my drink and for the most part the baristas really care.

I am a huge coffee fan and let me tell you I love Big Foot Java. I always get mythical mocha Frappuccino it's my favorite. But I don't like to order it unless Alysha is working. She makes the best Frappuccinos. She made me Freddysfunfetti and I loved it. Taste just like cake. So if your thinking about getting any kind of coffee expecially Frappuccinos, ask for Alysha. Best employee. She is always so nice and knows how I like my coffee. I give a big thumbs up.

Can't go wrong with a 24hour coffee stand. Normal prices for coffee now days 2-6$ a drink. Two drive thru's help speed things up too.
