First time to try out this place so I wanted to try 6 different drinks. The girl making the drinks made me 6 of the same drink. When I asked what they were she told me they are the drinks I (that I never heard of) asked for!! I told her no and she tried to argue with me that I did tell her I ordered them! Wow! So I went through the line again to give her time to make the ones I wanted (not to mention having to wait another 20 minutes in line AGAIN.) When I got to the window she had an attitude and just handed me the drinks. First and last time customer!! Customer service and listening skills are lacking at this location.

Wish I could leave zero stars for this place. Coffee is the most important start to your morning when your spending your hard earned money and even tipping every single time my coffe is always made wrong but after my experience two days ago I will never go back to this location I tried my coffee and the pregnant blonde girl asked was it okay I told her no and told her part of what was wrong with it she tried to argue with me about why my drink was correct and how she’s been a barista for 4 years at big foot and this is the way they make drinks. Her nasty attitude and the bad drink left a horrible taste in my mouth for the rest of my day. I wish I got her name people like that shouldn’t be dealing with customers

Let me start with bigfoot has always been one of my favorites. But a little bit irritated with this location. I stopped and bought a 7$ cup of coffee and asked for a cup of water as well was informed that they can't hand out water but they have bottled water. So I then asked to purchase a water and asked if I could get a cup and was told there's no button to change me for a cup so they can't do that either. It's not like I was just asking for a water I was purchasing coffee and a bottle of water. So no water but then you proceeded to ask me if my dog would like a pupachino no my dog doesn't want a cup full of whip cream he wants a cup of water witch I'm sure cost less in overhead to begin with. I have never had a problem asking for water with a order before in my life at big foot or any other establishment. I will only be going to the Puyallup location to redeem my free coffees from here on out since they are more concerned with the cost of a cup then they seem to be about customer satisfaction.

They're super accommodating of requests and always have flavor suggestions for the redbull sodas.
I've got a laugh every time I go, they're very friendly. (If reading soon, especially Today. Dynamic Duo)
I really enjoy the staff and think the hiring manager for this store deserves a bonus.

Every year there’s always a different staff but the staff they have this season is so rude! They literally act like they don’t want you there and don’t care about their customers, I’ve had to drive back two times because they put the wrong flavor in my drink(redbull mix drink) I don’t mind different flavor but MINT? Uh-huh and when I bring it back they give me attitude like it’s my fault and even slam the window after handing me my drink, never coming back. The one on SOUTHHILL is 10x better. And I know CUSTOMER SERVICE because I myself am a manager and that was not the way to act from their part.

Ordered the summer blueberry smash drink and added green tea to it. The batista failed to mention they didn't have blueberries until they gave me the drink and then were like oh we don't have blueberries. Why didn't you say that when I asked about the freaking drink? I was charged for a blueberries smash for lemonade and green tea. Ugh

My experience was very bad. I waited a long time. I had a 50$ bill they wouldn't take it so I give the my debit card their machine wouldn't work keep asking for another card. She asked me to go get change. (I didn't have time on my way to work) she said I can't give you a free drink took it back and dumped it. Went to starbuck's in the same parking lot in and out in 3 minutes used my debit card no problem . The girl was very rude.
