BigFoot Java

First off please check photos as I added the menu prices for the drink I ordered and the Barista who told me the prices were wrong on the menu, she couldn't do anything for me and if I didn't want to pay the new prices to get lost.

I ordered a 24oz white chocolate AMERICANO (that's ice, water, coffee shots, and white chocolate powder). The total was 3.75 she tried to charge me over 6 dollars. I'm not paying 6 dollars for shots, ice water and powder. That's insane. Your company is trying to charge me like I wanted a 24 oz glass of whole milk. It isn't a latte. Also if you have new prices, post them, don't scam people at the window saying your menu and prices have changed and not post prices because you know most people are too afraid to call you on ripping them off.

Absolutely never coming back.

This is the first Bigfoot Java I have been to where the girls are just asolutely rude. They don't greet you. They just simply ask what you want hand it to you and that's it. They don't say thank you for coming or have a good day. Nothing. The wait in line is absolutely ridiculous. I have sat in line over 30 minutes on more than one occasion without anybody coming to the window to take anybody's order or cash somebody out. I hope they take the reviews that are not so good as the others and make some changes. I don't believe in the saying customers are always right. But I do feel like you shouldn't act like you hate your job, even if you do at least hide it.

Baristas should spend less time flirting with drivers and more time serving coffee. It takes way longer than it should to be served. Over heard the Barista say Tuesday is her last day. Good. You don't know how to serve customers.

Would give no stars since I couldn’t even get a coffee. What business only takes chipped cards and then to top it off doesn’t take cash even exact change. This place is a joke. Worst customer service ever. Seriously can’t get a card vendor that takes all forms of cards. I used to stop here everyday but now I’m reminded why I never went back and definitely will never again. How can you run a business like that.

I love Big Foot Java, but this place has given me the worst service. Baristas were too busy talking to each other to focus on my order which took much longer than usual, and it wasn't busy. They asked me my number twice and both times they walked away while I was in the middle of giving my number. It took a third time for her to take my number and I'm not sure she even got it right because she said the wrong number back to me-I couldn't care anymore at that point. This interaction was with Desire and Milay-I'm not sure if Milay is the correct spelling.

Very nice and welcoming everytime I'm there! Great location, not always the quickest but the hospitality is definitely there!

Guy made my drink good and exactly the way I asked. Favorite bjf of all the locations I've tried. As long as its the same guy ill be going back.

I work night shifts and the baristas never come out. The barista last night put up a sign that said they're on a 10 minute break. I assume they just put it up and I wait, I soon realized this break was not 10 mins and I was not getting my coffee before work. If you can't work nights then don't, because there are other people who work nights who need their coffee. This has happened with several baristas only at this location so I suggest that this bigfoot should NOT be 24hrs if the baristas don't wanna work. I will never go to this one again instead go to the south hill one! The baristas for some reason make better coffee and don't burn the espresso shots. - Sincerely a long time customer who only got an hour of sleep and no coffee before work.

We love our River Road Bigfootistas 😍 They are amazing and make great coffee!

Love this place cuz you can go there any time of the day and get a delicious coffee!
