The food here was delicious! I had the Baked Mac and Cheese and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was very cute and our waitress was very polite and fun. Would definitely come again!

I love the food and the service here.. a wide variety on the menu, with flavors anybody could enjoy.... but please stop putting tinfoil in your online orders. I understand the point of it but it's the most absorbing thing ever.

Spent $60 on breakfast there, and the food was disgusting. Pickup order, eggs undercooked/cooked incorrectly, the gravy was sweet?, and they told the person picking the order up that there were no drinks... The 2nd item on the ticket is a mocha. Seriously.
The worst of it was The Chicken and Waffles. The waffle is described as "Spicy corn pico baked into a sweet, fluffy Belgian waffle" ... I got a straight up regular old waffle. Nothing special. The chicken tasted good and the syrup was spicy, but the bacon was just bacon.
The portions were also very small for the price point.
I won't be returning. Do yourself a favor - if you want decent breakfast, go to Old European or The Breakfast Club... Or hell, even Shari's.

After reading all the reviews, we must have been unlucky today because our food was disgusting. I'm sorry to use that word but there is no other to describe what we received. We order almost $60 worth of breakfast (3 entrees) to go. Part of our order was missed. The biscuits were a grayish doughy color, the eggs were runny (like clear whites runny) and the gravy had an awful flavor. The hash browns were cooked well. We will not be returning to see if this was a one off. When Tam's was at the Zoe's location the breakfast was out of this world. Totally missed the mark and WAY overpriced for the quantity and quality.
Update:
The General Manager contacted me. The "offer" he gave us was he'd give us 25% off our next order.... Ummm, No! I wouldn't spend a dime in there again. No refund for the coffee they missed either.

It was our first time there and my in-laws were with us visiting. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, but we were one of three tables when we sat down initially. I feel awful for our server as I have been in her shoes, and I could see her face reddening as the minutes ticked by and she checked on us. When our food finally came, I was so excited for my chicken and waffles, but there was a gray fuzzy from fabric or something that was tucked under my chicken that turned my stomach a bit, so I didn't eat the rest. I wish it was a better experience for all of us, but tonight wasn't the night.

This place was awesome! Everyone here has a great attitude. Even for a Sunday we didn't have to wait very long at all. Our server Garrett F was very upbeat and went way beyond the call of duty. After...other employees were coming to the table, clearing dishes, running card for payment, and thanking us for our patience. Plus the coffee was awesome and the food was great as well. Definitely a must.

This is one of my go to places. Great, all day breakfast menu. Helpful for recovering from those long nights. They serve beer and good coffee and the BBQ is excellent as well. It's hard to go wrong with Zoe's.

I have been going to Zoe coffee since they first opened the original location! The owner is a really nice guy and a great businessman. I used to run a little coffee shop they took over underground for a while. They have really great coffee in my opinion the best in Pullman. They also have fabulous food and today I tried the BBQ for the first time and the brisket sandwich was excellent!!!! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I LOVE Zoe Coffee and Kitchen! I've been coming here at "least" twice a week to have either breakfast, a burger or an awesome espresso ever since they opened in this new location - so I've been coming here for the past year. They have the best breakfast in town! I'm not kidding. I love their breakfasts, their awesome burgers (had an outstanding burger piled with seasoned deep-fried crispy onions topped with bourbon and barbecue sauce the other night that was "outstanding"), and their coffee is the best in town. The renovation looks awesome! The staff are always friendly and attentive, and I've never had a bad experience here. They've added new items to their menu, stepped it up, and I am very pleased!

The food is always very good, but I've had very cool service the last couple of times I've been. They nearly forgot my coffee last time, and the time before when I went to pick up my order the delivery driver had taken it and then came back with it rather than them remaking it. It is too expensive for cold fries! Hopefully when things are back to in person the service might improve.
