Took over an hour to get our food because they kept doing door dash order and not working on the customers in side

The food was good and the frappe was great! V cute spot. A bit pricy for what I got but would dine again.

Great food in a clean atmosphere. When I went in they were running the kitchen with a mostly new crew, yet food was presented beautifully and in a timely manner. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating

This is a great diner. It is just loud enough that you have some privacy but not so loud that it is annoying. The Chicken and Waffles is a must have and their service was fantastic. This is one of the better mid-range breakfast places in the area and you can pack people in there if you would like. Maybe give them some notice so you don't ruin their day.

First time visitor for me and the family. Wide variety of breakfast options in a comfortable diner atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff and tasty food. I think the six of us adults (two parents, two college age students and two of their friends) each ordered something different and everyone was satisfied with what was served. And yes, we did some taste testing of each other's food just to verify!

Your food is good but you might as well close your coffee drive up window as your employees dont pay attention to it.

Came in and was struggling to find a gluten free meal , the waitress helped me find something I could enjoy and gave outstanding service throughout my entire visit. Thanks for lunch. The kids gave them ten stars lol

Zoe's Coffee and Kitchen has a great atmosphere and very good food. The flavor of the Latte's is a bit strong for me but if you like that in your latte then it's a great choice.

I'm leaving 3 stars because I also manage a food service location and I understand what time of year it is with students coming back. However the most disappointing thing as a customer is to go to a reasturaunt see all the employees standing around and not be waited on. The server finally came and explained to us there was a situation with the tips all getting mixed up. They should have greeted customers and prioritized customers informing us of the situation and apologized for the wait in advance. When you're waiting and you don't know why because you see 10 people all standing around it gives you time to notice things like the fact that the host sat us at a dirty table. Or the people sitting behind us complaining about the food being too dry or the man across the reasturaunt sending his food back because it's cold. My dad's food was also cold. We also heard a staff member joke "let's try to to not get so many returns tomorrow." I get it they had a rough day but customers should always take priority. Like I said I manage food service so this is very critical review.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. The staff are super nice and helpful, but the food was just awful. I ordered pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns to go using their website which was pretty hard to navigate. I grabbed my order on time and got it home in under 15 minutes to eat.

On the website, I ordered my bacon crispy, it was pretty floppy but it tasted okay. The eggs were worse, they were in a pool of water and soggy. The hashbrowns tasted very plain, even after I added extra salt. They also had a bad aftertaste to them.

Worst of all though was the pancakes, which I thought for sure would taste good. I added my own whipped cream and butter since there wasn't any on there. They looked fine on first inspection, but when I bit in they had a very bitter flavor to them, even with whipped cream and butter. It tastes like way too much baking soda was added to the mix. I couldn't eat more than a bite.

The entire meal cost 20$+, I was able to eat the bacon and pick my way through the eggs and that was it. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I really can't recommend eating here given the poor food quality.
