I had only been to Zoe’s Coffeehouse once before for a simple breakfast and it was pretty good! Tonight, my husband and I decided to support local, order takeout and give Zoe’s dinner menu a try. We both ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with sides of baked beans, coleslaw and loaded smashed potatoes and my goodness it was all so delicious! The BBQ brisket was flavorful and done really well. I feel my husband and I have high standards for BBQ and they did not disappoint with the brisket! If I had only one small critique on it is to maybe toast the bun a little longer to hold up the sauciness of the BBQ (not a big deal at all though because it was so good). I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with the loaded smashed potatoes but man am I glad we tried them! Seasoned very well (thinking I tasted some thyme - yum!) and was a awesome unique side to try. The house baked beans were also great and not overly sweet like most. The coleslaw... my husband is very, very, VERY picky when it comes to coleslaw and he always expects to be let down when he tries coleslaw the first time at restaurants but he loved it. Hands down best restaurant made coleslaw around here. Maybe one critique with the coleslaw is to add a little (very little) more seasoning or spice to it but it was great enough my husband didn’t want to share with me. Overall, thoroughly impressed with Zoe’s BBQ brisket and can’t wait to go back again to try something new!

My daughter ordered pancakes and sausage, I ordered hashbrowns and eggs Benedict with pancakes my wife ordered biscuts and gravy. The pancakes was awful, ive had sourdough pancakes before and these pancakes tasted rotten. I will not be going back.

When we first walked in the door there was a sign that said, "Please seat yourself". So we did. Then after we had to get up to get menus, the staff lectured us and told us we were wrong and that we should have waited to be seated since it was the weekend. How were we supposed to know that when the sign literally said please seat yourself. The server said someone must have bumped it and it switched. We felt that we shouldnt have been told we were wrong when it wasnt even our fault. Also, the water smelled and tasted like chlorine and the water bottle jug thing that they bring to the table had rust and grime on it. Overall, the food was okay, I just wish we had been treated better.

Pulled pork was tasty that sausage was yummy the brisket smelt great but was too dry to eat. Two out of three is not bad. I'd visit again give it a try!

The food was excellent and I would have given 5 stars, but the order was SO late. I ordered online for pickup, and was promised the food about 50 minutes later - at 11:01am. I arrived on time for pick up, but the food wasn't ready. I had to wait another half hour. The waitress at the counter with the dark hair was kind, and gave us a free drink to make up for the wait, but it was really inconvenient given our circumstances.

I feel bad for doing this, Zoe’s was my favorite restaurant about a year ago. I would go every weekend, for great coffee and food. But that has changed because of the meal I had last night.
My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant and it wasn’t busy but it took over an hour to get our food and when it arrived my boyfriends order ( chicken and waffles) the chicken was burnt black and my order ( Baja Benny) the hollandaise was congealed and my avocado was not ripe. We were too absolutely hungry from waiting so long to even think about sending back either meal, out of fear it would take another hour.
Over all the atmosphere was nice and the music was fun. But for the price we paid for Burnt chicken and congealed hollandaise sauce was not worth it.

I visited, for the first time, Zoe's Coffee and Kitchen today. It looked like a nice place to stop for a quick lunch, and I was happy to see they offered a Greek gyro plate, with French fries. I will never miss the opportunity to taste gyro, no matter where I am, so I ordered the dish. Soon enough, I was served two plastic baskets, one with the fires and the other containing an ...open face gyro on a pita. The tomatoes and the greens were abundant but the gyro was not to be seen. I used the fork (how disgraceful for a gyro connoisseur like me, to use a fork in order to eat a gyro sandwich), but I had no choice since the pita was ..raw. It was not cooked, it was barely heated.
I started hunting for the gyro with my fork, and I did find some morsels of meat, but I think I should have brought with me my Polarized Light Microscope, to find the few pieces of gyro in that sandwich. Any small or fewer pieces and I would need my Computer-Controlled Scanning Electron Microscope to find and count the gyro particles in the sandwich.
Normally, I would never leave a tip for such food quality, but the young hostess who sat me down and the young waitress who served me, were excellent, and you could sense their smiles behind their masks. They should not be punished for the shortcomings of the ownerships or the cook.
However, if you do decide to eat at Zoe's, bring with you a nanoparticle sampler or will will not find the meat in your meal.
Needless to say, there are much better places to spend my money for a nice meal.
