Surf House Pub & Cafe

My partner and I LOVE this little ocean front cafe! Whenever we stay in Pacific Beach, Seabrook, or Moclips, Surf House is where we go! Girls are nice and welcoming, and drinks are super tasty. We came here almost every morning while our stay, but the day we were leaving we made the mistake of getting our coffee at the closer "cafe" inside the market of a nearby community... (Rhymes with teacrook)
And what a mistake it was! Sad to leave our trip without the great tasting and quality if Surf House in my cup ... Will be fans for life!

It is extremely overpriced "Seattle's best coffee" and what seems to be microwaved grocery store breakfast sandwiches, also extremely overpriced. $6.50 for a sandwich, something smaller and worse quality than fast food. $6 for a 12oz latte with a generic bean. I can only imagine the rave reviews are because it is literally the only coffee shop nearby.

I feel bad for the nice kids working here. They had no clue what was in the terrible rubbery microwaved breakfast sandwiches. Apperently neither does whoever wrote the "menu". It's the only game in town tho so whatcha gonna do?

My advice: a rental with a kitchen and bring your own food.

We went on a busy Sunday morning. Order the special, which was to include honey. Didn't. My scone was overcooked but okay once heated. Hubby's black coffee was okay, but he requested a packet of creamer and a sugar, which he was told he couldnt have due to Covid, but another customer did receive these items. Busy place so something must be right, just not our order on this day.

Decent espresso; the oatmeal raisin and macadamia nut/chocolate chip cookies were very good.

Great food, and server! We'll be back.

Nice cozy coffee house atmosphere. We ordered sweet coffee drinks, which were yummy and definitely delivered a good caffeine kick 😃

Beautiful little place! Friendly staff and good drinks. I hope to become a regular.

We stopped in for a cup of coffee after a morning of clam digging.It was a great place to go to get a drink and something to eat and warm up.

I went there today and got ice cream. Amazing staff their so friendly and welcoming. Along with that the man served us quick! I might go tomorrow to get a coffee!👍🏻
