Sunny Beach Cafe

Food way great and portions were good size. The waitress was awesome and took great care of us.

I've visited Sunny Beach for breakfast before while starting in Ocean Shores. This round, my wife and I chose to visit after dithering on a place in town that would have a good variety of good old diner food.

We hit them just as they were about to close and had a big party seated just before us,so we simmered a while. However, the owner (rightly proud of his artwork on the walls) came round to thank us for our patience. He mingled with his guests, both locals and holiday visitors, effortlessly.

Soon, our food came and I remembered distinctly why I like this place: the flavors are so spot on. I had a special: a chili stuffed omelette. Boy, was it ever stuffed. My wife had the turkey panini. All, full of flavor, hot, delicious, couldn't ask for better.

The folks are great and so is the food- give that Sunny Beach a try.

The waitress greeted us nicely enough but she seemed annoyed when my boyfriend had questions about something on the menu. I think this is the same waitress other reviews mentioned. The food was okay, the coffee was terrible. It tasted like it had sat all day. Disappointing since being a night shift person, I am not an early riser and places that serve breakfast all day are usually a goldmine for me. I would go elsewhere next time though.

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went on a birthday vacation Ocean shores and since our favorite breakfast place was closed we decided to try this place. First day of trying to go here for breakfast the open signs were on but we walked through the door and the rude lady up front said they were closed even though there was a few tables dining. Second day we try to go for breakfast the nasty rude lady up front through menus on a table didn't offer to get us water or anything to drink even though they were not busy and just yelled at us that they weren't serving breakfast anymore, mind you it was still morning. I can't give a review on their food because we decided not to stay because of the rude wait stuff that they employ there. I've been in the restaurant business my entire life and I would never stand for employees to talk to customers like that.

The food was very good! Service was excellent. They hand make their breads and buns. The menu is also reasonably priced. My only complaint is they don't have a kids menu, and for that i deducted a star. However, i just ordered a side of pancakes for my son and they made them in the shape of a face for him. I would undoubtedly recommend this place.

Great food and friendly service! The homemade breads were amazing, soups delicious. Everyone in my family had great food. We enjoyed this place and will definitely return. :) Thank you!

This would be a 5 star rating if we weren't so chilly at our table.
The service was excellent; attentive, friendly and fast. The food was very good, and the fries are excellent. Salmon was cooked well, and the salad was fresh and tasty.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I couldn't give it zero stars, my wife three children and I went this morning for breakfast there wasn't even that many people there and we were turned away because we were a party of five, when I asked her if she wasn't going to seat us because we were a party of five she was very rude to me and told me to leave. Funny thing is there were a few people that were there by themselves and one family of five already there. We drove over a hour and a half to eat there before going to the beach. Didn't get to try the food, I bet their food is good but their service and attitudes are very poor. The funny thing is our fith member of our party was a one year old baby in a car seat

Best food in town , and we've tried most are the restaurants. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food you're getting! their customer service is superior to everyone else is around here. The restaurant isn't all fancy and upscale like a lot of the others around here, but I prefer a good quality food over a fancy place to eat crappy food. Is our new favorite restaurant! Great service, friendly owners! Food is delicious. Great place for breakfast or lunch! Highly recommend! A must visit for us when we come to Ocean Shores.
