Any other day I would give them 5 stars and every experience other than today has been amazing! This visit to the drive thru line customer service was horrible! Let me explain that they were not busy! I haven't visited them in a long time as I live in Seattle and usually coming to the Eastside, mercury coffee is my go to treat! They changed the way the line goes for the drive thru and made it to where all vehicles are going in one direction. So when I pulled up, I just pulled up behind the one white SUV that was in line to the right of the building. Being in the place I was the, menu was right at my window! I was excited to see if any new drinks were available! I saw an employee starting to approach my window. I thought she was coming to take my oder. However she was coming to inform me that I'm not observant and I was in the wrong lane! Really?! I said I thought this is a menu and you can order at the window like the car in from of me!? She said no, you didn't see the arrows on the ground and all over guiding me to the right lane!?! I was in disbelief! It really matters what line you go in?! I'M HERE TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS AND BUY SOME AMAZING DRINKS! Who cares what line we go in?! I get that we could have been serviced faster going to the other lane as no one was in line, but I wasn't there for speed and wanted to review the menu. Then to be told I'm wrong and to move to the next lane?! I left and as I was in disbelief! I noticed another vehicle pull up and do the same thing I did.. Made me wonder if she went and made them move too?! I ended up going to the big competitor across the street and got some diassappointing hot chocolate! I hope my next visit is more pleasant as I was so disappointed I didn't get to have any amazing mercury drinks! 😔

5 ⭐. Staff are fantastic, usually not crowded, they make good coffee. Take the platinum card if you visit mercury's regularly.

This location has a drive through. No bakery, just a coffee pod.

The staff is nice, the drinks are delicious. They are often busy so sometimes slower than I'd prefer, and the stuff they sell is more expensive than I could get elsewhere. Sometimes this is worth the extra $$$, sometimes I just want a quick and simple coffee that does not cost $5+

Service was great! They came out and took our order since the car in front had a big order. We were able to leave pretty quick, and the coffee was still delicious. Definitely would go again.

Love the food! I HIGHLY recommend the bacon biscuit breakfast sandwich, the quiches, or the GF Lemon muffin. The coffee is to die for and the atmosphere is super cool. They have huge cookies that are great to split for kiddos. They also serve squeeze pouches and many other kid friendly food items.

Great service and even better quality drinks. You never have to wait long even if there's a line. The baristas are nice and professional. A little pricey but what place isn't anymore

Great coffee and friendly service, even when the weather is terrible. Don't be put off by the long drive-thru queues, they usually have at least one person walking down the line taking orders and they actually get everyone served pretty quickly. Anytime we have our dogs in the car the staff always offer dog treats for them.

Better than average coffee, super friendly wait staff and baristas. Drive through lanes are a little odd, and can get backed up into the adjacent parking lot at peak times of the morning. When that happens they have someone walk out to the car to take your order so your coffee is waiting for you when you get to the drive-up window.

I’ve been going here for years! They’re organic and actually tasted like real coffee instead of something overprocessed. I always get something different every time I go and it never misses. Imo they’re the best coffee place in the area.
