My favorite crack-of-dawn stop for coffee. If you are looking for a latte that is more coffee than milk and is smooth and bold, stop here. My kids prefer Mercury hot chocolate over other shops because it tastes like creamy milk chocolate. Blended drinks are far superior to other shops as they have a strong coffee flavor and do not taste artificially sweet. Often a long line (for a very good reason), but it moves at a good pace because employees walk down the line of cars and take orders in advance.

The flavors are inconsistent, each day has a coffee flavor, they don't have a certain pattern of making things.

As a coffee lover, I've had my fair share and tried many different places. Mercury is by far the BEST coffee!!! The only downfall is that they are always packed.... but that's just because they are so good...and its always worth the wait!

Great coffee, friendly staff who know my usual drink orders and are always cheerful. Their location is a little tough because there isn't room for the number of people trying to get through, but that's a function of location not the staff. They make the best of it by coming out to the car and trying to get orders through as fast as they can, always with a smile.

Great service! Amazing coffee! I spilled my coffee running late to an appointment. Came back for another cup of coffee and told them what happened and they hooked me up with a replacement free! Coming back again for sure

Having tried a lot of different coffee shops as I've traveled a lot, this is one of my all-time favorites. It's consistently leagues beyond Starbucks and the staff is always amazing and pleasant. They take orders in the rain, cold, snow, which I have to say is impressive and rare.

Another coffee shop that doesn't know how to make a simple iced coffee. My impression as an out of state visitor is, don't come here if you aren't a regular here. The girls working the drive thru were offended and pretty rude when we didn't know what we wanted immediately. We just wanted to see to drive up and see the menu first. As we reached the barista she had to double check with us on what we were asking for because she was confused. She just handed us our iced Coffees with a shrug.... it tasted OK, I thanked her for trying.

I find their smoothies a bit too rich as well as some of their other drinks. That's just my preference. Much better than Starbucks, Dutch bros, or Bigfoot.

We used to LOVE Mercurys! It was our fav for sure! However, the Kirkland location seems to have gone way downhill over the last couple years. The coffee is the BEST (when they get your order right) but literally 95% of the time there is one issue or another. :( I’m not sure if there has just been a crazy amount of turnover (and not enough employee training)… but their customer service, major lack of drink/order/temperature/etc consistency, and payment issues have really been really disappointing.

During one visit they spilled my husbands hot coffee all over him (which, I understand accidents happen) but they didn’t apologize or offer to remake his spilled drink or anything …they just kinda nervously laughed it off…

Also, if you give them a try I’d suggest getting a receipt so you can track what they are charging every time. (There has been major inconsistencies, being charged for items we didn’t order, and improper tracking of “loyalty points”… maybe because their system keeps being updated?)

Such a bummer! :( Hopefully they can get it turned around soon, as I’d love to continue to support a small local business and update this review with a more positive one!
