Espresso is only OK from here; the shots are not nuanced and I think their focus is more on speed/sweet drinks. It is preferable to Starbucks though in my opinion.

I request that the owner consider not using staples and/or other small metal wires in the kitchen. Today, I bought a 32 oz smoothie to share with my toddler. Midway through, I drank a metal staple out of it. Fortunately, it not my son. I'll gladly pull this review once I receive a response that this will be addressed as I know this is not a typical issue and the location is clean.

Coffee is good and consistent. Employees are kind. I love the chocolate covered espresso beans on top of the drinks! Only had one issue which was not a big deal, they gave me a blended beverage and not an iced one. I appreciate that you guys have hours that are extremely convenient. updated the review to 5 stars as you are attempting to improve and see what is done well by reaching out to people who have reviewed the place.

Overall, the drive-thru moves pretty quickly. Efficient order taking. Coffee is consistently great, hot, iced or blended. Beans also available. Other nibbles listed on white boards.
Friendly and courteous personnel. My go-to.

We have had 2 instances where this location has decided to Hit us with a sneak attack - forgetting to use the plant based milk ordered after letting them know we have a dairy allergy - and instead using regular milk.

Let’s just say - it was an explosive mistake that cost both of us a couple hours on the throne 😡

BIG SHOUTOUT TO SAM - we told her about the situation, and she looked up to find the previous staff had been giving people with dairy allergies both Chai and Macha (for some reason - most Mercury drinks mixes have dairy in them.

After informing us all the drinks we had ordered with a dowry allergy couldn’t infect be made due to the diary powder, and instead gave us some other suggestions.

Shout out to Sam for saving the day, and knowing stuff not even the manager knew - and Shame on Mercury’s for not taking allergies for seriously and having that info / training more regularly available.

No matter how long the drive thru line is; the friendly staff get you on your way quickly and always with a cheerful smile. I love the additional treat of a chocolate covered coffee bean with my coffee; a nice touch!

This location is great; Employees are always pleasant despite having to stand outside in some absolutely heinous weather during crazy busy hours. They've never accidentally given me dairy milk, either, unlike a certain business across the street from this location. Tip well if you visit, they deserve it!

This uses to be my favorite coffee place but they have made some really unfortunate changes recently. The new change to the drive in lines causing all the traffic coming in and out of the parking lot, expecting you to order before you can even see the menu, and having to reach across your car to get your cups of hot coffee through your passenger window are all so inconvenient I can no longer see myself going back. And to top it off they no longer do a chocolate covered espresso bean on every cup like they used to, just half of them arbitrarily. I loved having an alternative to Starbucks that was open early, its really too bad

mercury is delicious! I rarely get the coffee, because I tend to not be a fan in general (sorry, Seattle/PNW) but when I DO get coffee I get it from Mercury as it's the only place I like it. The Bee's Knees Tea Latte & the various energy drinks (be that the Inception or the Red Bull Italian Soda) are SUPER GOOD and what I tend to get in the long run.
