This was a great experience at this newly opened restaurant. They have a couple of favorites from favorites places that looked delicious! We sat in the lounge where they had a mix of 80's music that fit with the vibe. A little dark for pictures but it was the lounge. :) Lots of variations on a Bloody Mary. Thai Brussel Sprout appetizer was delicious. The mushroom fries were everything you could want in an appetizer, fried and tasty and not feeling completely guilty cuz they were mushrooms.😃 The corned beef hash had actual slices of corned beef. YUM If there was one thing I would that almost held back a perfect score is the croissant Monte Cristo although in taste was great, was hard to eat as a sandwich. A little to soft for dipping. :) Did we mention the complimentary corn bread with Marionberry Butter? I don't know if it tasted so good because the server said it tasted like birthday cake but it did not disappoint! Overall great service and food that will keep us coming back to try some different items. :)

Was so excited to try this new place. Food was just ok. Hollandaise sauce was barely warm. Side of bacon was cooked to death. Also not sure the customer should have to pay the charge for using a credit cards. That should be an expense for the restaurant.

Same great food as their Olympia location with the added bonus of lunch items and a full bar! If you love breakfast this is your place. Be sure to try a mimosa flight, so many wonderful flavors.

A rainy Friday at 11:30am and the full parking lot looked discouraging, but we found a spot to park rather quickly. We were seated as soon as we walked in despite it being pretty full inside. The interior is very nice and light, with a brand new feel to it all. We were seated on the bar side, and the only downside was how loud it was at times since all the tables were full. Our waitress Megan was quick, and was very pleasant, patient, and helpful when we asked A LOT of questions, lol, She even made sure my coffee cup stayed full (we do live in the PNW after all!) and Hubbie got his Bloody Mary fast! The food was a little pricey, but we understood why after we took our first bite of the meat lovers omelet with a side of gravy, and chicken fried steak, hash browns and eggs, with a side of pancake. First off, we noticed how the food was of a higher quality...for example, the egg yolks were bright yellow and looked very fresh, and the food tasted fresh and like a home cooked meal (without all the extra salt others throw in to cover up lower quality food!). The side orders, gravy, and a pancake (the whipped sweet butter on top of the pancake was beyond amazing) were worth it! The rest of our meal also was very good! At first it didn't look like the portions were very big, but I think it's an optical illusion because we were so full that we had to take half our meal home!
We got to talk to one of the owners, Dean, and he was not only welcoming, friendly, and chatty (great qualities in a restaurant owner/manager) but he asked us about our experience and then actually patiently listened! And he recommended his favorites on the menu to try next time. Believe me folks, the next visit can't come soon enough! I highly recommend you take your family and support this small business and eat at Hash! Tell Dean Bulldog and Lady Bulldog 🐾 sent you!

I highly highly recommend this spot. The service is through the roof and the food is fantastic and every bit of it is done with a smile.

FANTASTIC! For a brand new restaurant opening so soon after the pandemic (shallow labor pool, supply chain disrupted, inflation, etc.) I hoped for, but didn't expect such quality in service, food, plating, and atmosphere!
I don't know what they did, but even with a full house we could hear ourselves converse, never felt rushed, and left happy!
Thanks Hash!

Finally an excellent brunch spot in Centralia!!!! Bloody Mary’s were stacked with all the fixings, wide selection of Mimosas, excellent menu options for lunch and ALL DAY breakfast, including vegan and GF options. We had omelette which were great! We saw a HUGE burrito come out, and all the portions were very generous. We look forward to coming back!!!! Even though the parking lot was packed, there were tables and service was fast and friendly. Adult friendly bar in the back has great seating and sports on the televisions, and drinks came out fast! Great job Hash Centralia!!!
Looks good Babes
I gave the two stars because the food was great. The presentation was professional and attractive. Yes we came in just before closing. We were seated but told by several people that they were closing. I had to ask several times for lemon. The manager I was cutting evil eyes at us, this is no way to treat customers. They should never feel that they shouldn't come in or unwelcomed. I found that very rude! Not sure I will go back. I was part of the food service for over 30 years customer service is a must in this business. Don't forget to bring cash not only is it a bit pricey. They pass off the their credit card bill to the customers. Nice right, you want to use a card ok you can pay the companies bill woo hoo.
