Hash: Centralia

Places is worth 2.5/5. Definitely a one time sort of thing. Over priced and extremely long wait for small portions, but food is good so to try once is all it's worth. Only got photos of one of our meals, but plating is good for the most part on all of them.

Decided to give this "new" restaurant a go...sooo glad that I did!!! This place freaking rocks! I had the Johnny's dip burger, and it was so awesome. The family had a chicken fried steak and the French toast. Of course I had to try them all...but this place was incredibly good. Definitely WILL be going back soon. Thanks Hash for the great food!!

It was VERY busy. The staff was great but unfortunately too busy to keep up on refills of coffee (not their fault). The food was delicious except for the "cinnamon roll". It was huge! It was so dried out, heavy and kinda like a loaf rather than a roll. It has no flavor except the icing was good. I had a breakfast sandwich the waitress recommended which they forgot I said no sauce. It turned out the sauce was very good to my surprise!! Our friends enjoyed their food and beverages. We sat in the bar area and we're able to have a conversation without it being too loud. The prices were on par with current restaurant prices.

Great food! The wait times can be longer than some places but the food quality it worth it! Breakfast all day!! Parking can be tight fyi.

Great food and service. Place was packed due to grand opening. So had to wait about 15 min to be seated. It was worth it. I'm going back soon.

Super good, excellent portions. A lot of people overcook their scrambled eggs and these were perfect! Had the shaved corned beef and potatoes...not over salty at all as have usually run into elsewhere. Loved the little cornbread loaf with the berry butter. If I were to improve on anything, it would come warm to the table. Will definitely be going back! At this point, there are no reservations, but they are planning on it in the future. So come prepared to wait, but you might get lucky like we did and hit it right in between the rushes.

If you like coffee, don't go here.

It was room temperature, slightly bitter, brown water. Only made it through about 1/2 a cup.

Now this place serves slightly updated American diner fair, so mitigate your expectations accordingly. But there was no excuse for that "coffee". It was like they were on the third run-through for that batch of coffee grounds.

Now the veggie breakfast burrito was really good. And so was the avocado toast. I wish they would offer the beet-pickled egg as an al-a-cart side.

And there are quite a few other interesting things on the menu.

But I don't think I would ever go back for breakfast if I can't get a decent cup of coffee.

We came on opening morning and had a pleasant experience! Food was great and service was good. We will be back for sure and wish them success in the new location.

Have gone to Hash in Olympia and now Centralia with the same great service and good food. There were three of us and we all enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Will definitely come again. I was impressed with all the gluten free options.

I loved the retro atmosphere, and the food was unique and great! Definitely put this restaurant on your list to eat at.
