Cruisin Coffee Iowa

Worst experience. Ever. I ordered a hot tea and blueberry bagel with a light spread of cream cheese. They didn't add the bagel to my order so they had to void the first order and start over. When I got to work I noticed my bagel wasn't even toasted, it was all torn up and I had to literally scrape 2 oz. of cream cheese off. Wish I could take my tip back. Won't be going back.

I have been a fan of Crusin Coffee for over 20 years. I started with their Mocha Milkshakes and have been hooked ever since. Great coffee, great service, and community minded. Don't go to that other corporate conglomerate that serves mediocre coffee. Crusin is the place to go!!

Decent coffee here but terrible service. The baristas were rude to me and extremely unprofessional @my first experience here. I'd only recommend this location if you were in a rush, in need of caffeine and this was the closest place to you.

I called them after getting a coffee and a sandwich to let them know that their half and half is spoiled. My coffee had white chunky. All they said was Ok...Did not take my name to offer a replacement for my coffee. NOTHING... bad customer service.

Cute & friendly girls servin up great coffee & treats, what more could you ask for, not the absolute best coffee iv ever tasted but definitely not bad!

This is by far the worst cruisin coffee stand. They messed up our oder after we repeated our oder 2 times to the barista. And she still couldn't get it right. And over the summer we had visited this same location where someone had left the stand unattended with the lights on and everything while being open.

Service is amazing! They're very quick, but also very accurate! I frequent many Cruisin' locations, and this is by far my favorite!

Generally the one on cordata is faster and the people there usually get the order on point every time. I only go to this one when i don't feel like driving across town.

Sometimes a long wait in line but consistently great coffee and friendly service!

Pretty good place, but hit or miss on if the shots taste burned though.
