This is for the Cannibal Hot Tub. I will rate the hotel separately as I feel it was a much better experience. I wanted so badly to love this experience but I just couldn't First off, the hot tub was very expensive for the actual service. The tub was cold for the first 40 minutes. Luke warm at best. They started the fire when out appointment started. There is no way water of that size can can heat up instantaneously. So not only was it cold but it was extremely smokey as a fire can be when it's first started. You could barely see anything my eyes stung so bad. The guy said it should go away after a few minutes but sadly it was smoke free the last 10 minutes. The fire also went out in the first 15 minutes and we had to get them back to help again. They did give us additional time which we asked for so that was nice. Eventually my husband helped and the fire really got going and the last 25 minutes was great temperature wise. The other issue for me were the surroundings. It's a mess with random things around, boxes, buckets, and they are building a massive waterslide right next to this and at the moment it's covered in blue tarps and rebar. It's just not tranquil. We had fun for the last 25 minutes but it wasn't worth the money. I would invest in something else.

We went to the cafe this morning and oh my goodness the food! But the customer service was even better, Jamie was an angel! She was so nice and was on top of everything in there by herself! 10/10 recommend. :)

My husband and I came to paradise village for the cannibal hot tub only, and we were both EXTREMELY disappointed with what we received. The photos and description on their website are completely misleading and out of date. At first look, the property itself looks run down and half- occupied. There is a partially constructed pool/slide right next to the tub, so if you like scenic views of rebar, chicken wire and blue plastic, then this is the experience for you! Our appointment was delayed by 30 minutes; they did state before reserving that this could happen, which would have been no problem if we would have actually gotten to use a HOT tub. This was not even warm, and over the course of one hour, it did not even get warm enough to match our body temperatures. I don’t know if that is because of poor time management (not getting the fire/water warmed up in time, as we had a 10am appointment time, made in advance), or just the normal experience. The water was dirty- with pine needles and dead bugs floating in it (and of course the only pool net was ripped). We paid almost 100$ for one hour of sitting in cold, to barely luke- warm water. The best part, (and I’m reaching for something good to say), was the smell of the fire burning from underneath the tub. Overall, a complete let down and underwhelming experience. Do not waste your money on the hot tub. We cannot speak for the food or lodging, as we didn’t use those.

I stopped at the restaurant for breakfast while staying in the area, and ended up coming back two more times over the next couple of days! The food is superb; lots of breakfast options including American standards like bacon, eggs, and potatoes (which I had and were great), but also crepes (sweet and savory) and a wide assortment of gorgeous bakery treats. Their espresso drinks are also excellent.
I was so happy with breakfast that I came back for dinner, and again, was not disappointed. They have all kinds of dishes ranging from hearty Ukrainian/Eastern European fare like borsch (the best I’ve ever had), perogis etc to others like gnocchi, which was also superb. Fantastic comfort food for a drizzly winter night visiting Rainier. I’ll be back!

Room was not only beautiful but easily one of the best we stayed in in the whole state. We missed our chances to eat breaksfast or dinner or try out the hot tub, and found that going for a walk in the village was a short experience. Seemed like we were early in the season and that some things were a work in progress, but staff were very kind and accommodating!

Just had a spectacular dinner at Paradise Village Restaurant. The meal was exquisite. I and a friend had the Polish dumpling soup and my husband had the Fettuccine Alfredo. All were absolutely mouthwatering delicious! The homemade bread was marvelous and the service was excellent. The owner, Mariya waited on us and was so hospitable.
Stopped by the bakery after dinner to get some homemade goodies to take home. Please support this new business; I know we will be back. BEST food on the mountain!

If you are looking for an authentic cultural experience or enjoy ‘off the beaten path’ unique stays- this is the place for you! This place has great attention to detail for Ukrainian food and decor with staff and photo ops to match. Be sure to try a bowl of borscht and definitely reserve yourself a one-of-a-kind hot tubing experience in their Cannibal hot tub. We enjoyed a lovely stay and had an authentically Ukrainian experience- lovely staff, clean rooms and delicious food with a close drive to gorgeous hikes/views at Mt. Rainier 🥘

Breakfast pastries were delicious and authentic, and the young woman who manned it was so friendly. She even made us a fresh pot of coffee. There was an unpleasant guy who was complaining about everything probably for a free stay, but she handled it gracefully.
