The location was perfect, just 5 miles from the entrance of Rainier National Park. Rooms are just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.
We ate dinner the first night of our stay, the service was great and friendly. Our food was so tasty and the portion sizes were fantastic.
We returned home and noticed we had forgotten some of our items in the room, called up to see if the items were found and they had them at the front desk, they graciously offered to ship us our items.

Upon arrival, it turned out that we accidentally booked two rooms instead of one. At that point they couldn't cancel the room so they gave us credit to use within a year! The service was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Great place to stay!

Had a girl's getaway with some of my coworkers. We came for a Monday night and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and cozy, the cannibal hot tub was a fun experience, dinner at the restaurant was delicious (try the gnocchi!) The staff was super helpful and friendly, they put salt on the steps up to our room because it was icy, and someone shoveled the snow around our car in the morning. Now we're having breakfast and coffee in the cafe. This is what we all needed to relax and unwind for a bit! Plus it's such a beautiful location.

We booked an hour at the cannibal Hot tub and had a fun time. The experience is unique and the water was hot. However, the construction hidden under a blue tarp was an eye sore and disappointing to the overall ambience. There was also no changing area, no towels provided, and lack of instruction. Staff were polite but did not explain the process much.

Was very disappointed with the dinner. We’ve made a preorder to dine in at a particular time, left tips beforehand, but we were waiting for 30 minutes, and nobody even apologized for the wait or didn’t bring water while we were “seated”. Had a horrible attitude from personal, they were running around others and smiling at other customers, while ignoring us and being mean, not even hiding this. Interesting, was this attitude because we’re Ukrainians and not Americans? All other customers were served differently.
My “roasted veggies” were just a bunch of absolutely raw asparagus. Very sad that we’ve faced this attitude and service because we’ve been dining here for the past 2 years and we loved this place.

The place absolutely looks like a Ukrainian Village! I threw me back to when I was young going to my babushkas house for the weekend. The rooms are very comfortable and have a very nice design to them. Whoever thought this place through really knew what to do. Highly recommend it! The views are gorgeous!

Remodeled rooms, a great cafe with a case of delicious desserts, and a restaurant that served wonderful Ukrainian cuisine. I learned that a talented and accomplished chef comes from out of town to cook on the weekends for the restaurant. My bestie and I went to soak in the gorgeous, wood-fire, heated cauldron, on our way to Mt Rainier, for my 22 year old son's first birthday across the rainbow. It was perfect.

We rented one of the King cabins. It was so cute inside. The bed was super comfy . My only problem was that they sent me an email with information that had times of when lobby and restaurant open and closed. The times were not correct.

Booked a room for one night here because of good reviews, however the reality is quite the opposite. The lobby is closed for service and only one staff at the restaurant, who was not helpful at all and threw “I don’t care at all” attitude while being very cold.

Arrived at the hotel a few hours early than the check in time (3pm) because Mount rainier is closed beyond Longmire.

Me: “ Can I use the restroom here?”
Staff: “No, it is being cleaned.”
Me: “Can I check into my room?”
Staff: “No, your is not ready (not even have my ID or check in the booking system) and every room is being cleaned.”

“being cleaned” , what an excuse! No show of hospitality and not worthy of staying at all. I chose not to stay here even the money will go waste.

Had lunch here today during our vacation. Food was excellent and the service was even better. Jamey seemed to effortlessly accommodate the entire lobby single handedly and even had time to greet and have conversations with everyone who walked in. She was very sweet and attentive. We had the Polish Piorgies for the first time and would definitely try them again. Crepes and macarons were excellent dessert choices as well. Will definitely return next time we vacation here!
