Emily's Donuts and Café

This was our first and last visit. Went in a little after noon today Saturday 1/28/23. Told the attendant at the donut counter it was our first visit. I was hoping for some info about what they had but I could tell she was just over it. She kept asking how many donuts we were getting but I wasn't sure yet. I was hoping to take some home but since it was our first time I told her 2 finally. She stated she wanted to know so she could pick a box. We paid and went around the corner to sit and eat. Another family came in had asked several questions which we heard being in the same room. After they left we heard the attendant at the counter say that she "was over dumb questions" and "so over people today." Pretty shocking. I'm guessing she didn't know we were still there. They went on to discuss some dilemma that had occurred earlier about how the donut case was displayed or something like that. At that point I decided we were not ordering anymore donuts and it was time to leave. I was pretty disappointed as this was our first visit and I had heard good things.

Wowzers! The early bird definitely gets the donut at this place! Came at 10:15 and they were almost all out. We got a chocolate donut (very good chocolatey flavor), a banana cream (good filling that tastes like good banana, not the fake banana flavor) and a mix of donut holes (they were a little dry and the blueberry one which tasted more artificial so I wouldn't get that in the future). Overall, worth going.

Coming from the west coast I was so scared not to have home quality donuts anymore. So thankful for Emily's and there variety. Always love that I can order ahead on the weekends and for my work guys.

Donuts were delicious and there was a good variety for us coming in about 1hr before close. Service was a bit flat but that is pretty common these days. I’d still recommend a visit.

These aren’t your regular donuts. These are the donuts that are made with love and care, and they’re huge!! These are some of the best donuts I’ve ever had and they have military discount!! Besides having great donuts the customer service there was amazing. When I called to verify they were open she was kinda moody but what else can you expect getting a dumb question that early in the morning. (I just wanted to make sure they were open before driving 20 minutes up the road and 20 back down). But hands down a great place to buy donuts, the apple fritters or critters as I like to call them are phenomenal!! A must have!! I’m taking my wife when she gets here.

Best donuts on the peninsula! Nice variety but nothing crazy. Maple bacon waffle donut today and a lavender donut. The donuts are huge and the flavor can't be beat. You won't regret it 🤩

First off, amazing donuts hands down my favorite place to go to. However, the reason to keep going back is the service, they apologize profusely for late shipments of ingredients, help you out with selection and today... omg. I ordered a couple donuts for the family since my wife has wanted a chocolate frosted donut for a few days now. They were kind enough to throw in some extra donuts and holes! I thought I grabbed the wrong order and called them up to verify even. With the pandemic and all this gesture speaks volumes and it is appreciated greatly.

Literally the best donut I've ever eaten. The customer service was wonderful, the donuts are original without being bizarre. I liked that they had a whole lineup of drip coffees to choose from in addition to specialty espresso drinks. It's a cozy, local shop with truly delicious donuts. They also have a discount on coffee if you bring your own mug!

Amazing! The salted caramel doughnut & apple fritter actually cannot be beat. You should really pick up some of these for a special treat!
