Went in and got some hamburger buns. There weren't any on the shelf. So they took some off of what was supposed to go to the farmers market and sold me those ones. Very nice of them. Also got some garlic butter and herb mayo.

i was only there for a short amount of time but they made a great impression. from the nutella latte i had from the free scone sample i had. they gave my mother and i half of a red white and blue scone lt was delicious, very moist and a larger sample than most places will offer! they were very cheerful and kind baristas. i plan on coming back next time im in warrenton.

Just stopped by for my first time on my way back home on 29. Was planning on having french toast the next morning so I bought a french loaf and a honey wheat loaf. Right off the bat I was amazed at the price at $8 per loaf, but sometimes you gotta pay up for good bread! Then I got home and found out the undersized french loaf was clunky and heavy, not light and airy like its supposed to be. Then we started into the honey wheat, which is itself almost oversized. Not only does it smell and taste like cinnamon through and through which I find unappetizing for a sandwich bread, (Unless I had ordered cinnamon and raisin bread) but the middle of the bread is doughy and undercooked which I might have guessed based upon the pasty white crust. Just another example of a virginia Bakery that seems to do everything well but bread. Why don't these places start calling themselves cookie shops or pastry shops or maybe if the sandwiches are as good as all the reviews say perhaps a "deli" might be more fitting. Finally, I just noticed when I looked up the Google reviews that it seems like the owner is very diligent about responding to all of their friends that drop 5 stars, but seems to shy away from criticism. Weird! Want amazing bread Virginia? Every saturday morning Bread and Water from Alexandria comes to the warrenton farmers market in the parking lot off fourth street. That is artisan bread! I mean amazing! I didn't even complain a bit that their prices just increased. Get what u pay for......sometimes!

Oh the smells are delightful and the breads even better. A perfect stop for morning coffee and a bite for lunch. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Love our 5th street corner store. A Fauquier treasure.

If you want fresh bread with fantastic and crazy flavor options GO HERE. Yes the prices are higher than you will pay at your local big box grocery store, but ypu ate talking about two totally different products. The service is awesome and friendly and the quality level of the products is unparalleled.

If you haven’t had the bacon/egg/cheese on the multigrain bread then
1.) I will fight you, and
2.) it is amazing.
The most tasty bacon I’ve ever eaten stacked (actual layers) on top of warm (extra moist) egg that has cheese melting on top of it. This sandwich packs a punch. Please be sitting when you eat it as you will begin to question the nature of your reality. Seriously guys: GOOD. SANDWICH. The bacon is super salty which I happen to love but if you’re not a salt fiend then have water around so you don’t shrivel up like spongebob when he goes into Sandy’s tank. I can’t vouch for anything else here but the sandwich is amazing.

I'm from Fairfax, VA and my first visit was on 10/20 - Had the Cinnamon roll and got an M&M Scone to go! I will be back for their fresh bread!!! Absolutely outstanding!

I'm a little confused by this place. Great food and good service. But it feels like you're walking through their kitchen just to order and no indoor seating.

The sandwich is very good but on a hot day I just learned you bring your own iced drinks to quinch your thurst here. They don't serve diet sodas and that is a problem. The iced tea water smelled and tasted stale and the bottled juice was like a sludge smoothie. Usually I drink coffee when I am here in the fall and winter.
