Staff is great, food is great!! What more can you ask for.
I had a buffalo chikn wrap no "mayo" sub avocado spread. Great decision!!
It was also my first time having seitan and I enjoyed it. Mock meats aren't really my thing so I eat it sparingly, but if it's something you consume regularly then you'll thoroughly enjoy that wrap.
Add a waffle (for later) while you're there. They're always the best!!

You have to try this restaurant. The restaurant staff greets you with warm welcomes and smiles. All of your needs will be catered to. It is fun to watch the staff communicate together as well as the guests. You will be treated as family. The food is delicious and made in a tasteful manner. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Went there for the first time this morning and got the "Brekkie" on staff recommendation. First of all, the atmosphere is welcoming and the employee I spoke with was so sweet! 5/5 for customer service. Second (but certainly not less important), the "Brekkie" burrito is AMAZING. I will definitely be going back soon!

The buffalo cauliflower wrap was delicious. You can only get it on Saturdays.

Went in today to support my favorite dj! Dj Moni J and I sat down and ate the biscuits with gravy and had a mango smoothie! Everything was amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I got a chance to talk to the owner and staff! I had the best time in there, and it was clean eating and nice vibes and music playing! The customers are also so friendly and fun! Will definitely be a new regular! Oh and did I mention it’s extreme affordable?? Must try!

Black owned and I love it . The Aesthetic/Energy/Vibe you receive soon as you walk in is amazing . They have food , drinks , candles and more . Definitely would come back. It’s also right by ya local gym (planet fitness) . I had the vegan burrito and it was delicious . Comes with a side of apple cinnamon . START SPENDING YA MONEY WITH YA OWN PEOPLE . I've eaten here a few times and have enjoyed the brekkie burrito and chicken wrap. Both taste great. Friendly staff and tasty food. One of the best vegan spots in Virginia Beach.
