The waffles are delicious and the French toast is BUSSIN! I always enjoy the energy of the staff and owners. Love the hot teas. This is such a great spot!

Been eyeing this restaurant for months after following on IG and finally made it out! I've been missing out on some amazing food & vibes because the food & drink was worth it! I got the Brekkie Burrito & Matcha Latte and they were both 10/10, highly recommended! Definitely going back on a regular basis because they have such a diverse menu of items to try. Tennessee provided great service while I was there and I got to meet the Owner & she was super nice as well!

I've followed them on Instagram for a while. Once I finally tried it, I am hooked! We had the cinnamon raisin waffle which my son and I barely finished. The coffee was a hit as well. The vibe is so cozy and welcoming.

Ordered waffles, biscuits & gravy. Cashier said they were out of biscuits & gravy. I asked what else they were out of and she said that's it. I ordered the breakfast biscuit and she said they were out of that also. Very frustrating. Then they did not make our waffles. Come to find out she never added it to the order even though it was the first thing ordered. Food was good.

Once I bit into this TTLA I know I found a great vegan breakfast spots in Virginia Beach. Yass! Very delicious & you can buy a nice size seamoss gel fir $15.00. Vegans a great spot to eat and nice relaxed atmosphere.

I tried the buffalo chick'n wrap, which one of the staff told me was her favorite, and it did not disappoint. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful.

I come here every weekend that I can and only get the avocado toast and hit Micha latte with oatmilk and every time it's just as good if not better than the last.

Wouldn’t honor the written price on menu. Overcharged for both items which I was verbally told were the lower written price. Inflation does not justify the amount the price went up and false advertising lost my business especially when I gave them the option to make it right and they didn’t.

The staff were very friendly. The food was good but a bit pricey. 40.00 for two wraps (i noticed alot of the items being prepped came out of cans and werent fresh.)and 2 small smoothies. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and watched several customers who ordered after us leave with their food. I was really excited to find a vegan resteraunt but will definitely find one thats better

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. The food, coffee and atmosphere is perfect for a breakfast or lunch out. Even my meat eater husband loved it!!!
