Talk about an amazing experience!!! First timer at a vegan restaurant and met a sister friend that told me about this place and the owner Lovie!!! Let's get into it!!

Walked in the ambience and customer service was impeccable! I was in love with the atmosphere! I Dont eat much food so I have to be selective.

So, let's talk about homemade vegan fresh toast, it was made out of love 😍! Most time carbs or bread are too heavy and this was made just right! My sister friend and I shared this plate but it was everything! The seasoning of the cream that went on it was delicious and not too sweet.

Then I noticed something next to where we were seated. A coat box, you can take one or bring one! I thought that was neat and thoughtful. I love the diversity of the people that were coming in.

It's hands down now one of my favorite eateries in Virginia Beach! Thank you Lovie for bringing such amazing food and atmosphere! One of best experiences so far!

I had a very good birthday breakfast as we traveled; the cashier was very wonderful; I loved the energy they gave off. Loved the atmosphere very unique and beautiful.
I had a mocha and a chocolate waffle, it was an amazing vegan experience! Compared to what we have in our state. Definitely on our return to list!

I am a frequent repeat customer! My favorite waffle is the Choco Craze with vanilla cream and added strawberries. It comes with sliced bananas and their house made soft granola. That and the Brekkie Burrito are my go-tos. The atmosphere is always great and I feel welcomed every time I walk in. If you haven't been yet, I strongly suggest stopping by. They have plenty of options!

What a magical place. There's art on the walls, books, and games. My daughter absolutely loves this space! The food is delicious, and there's great customer service. There are so many great vegan options and the food tastes like it was made with love. The waffles are yummy, the brekkie burrito is one of my personal favorites, and I had a falafel pita once and want to recommend that it become a regular on the menu because it was the best falafel pita I've ever had! There's an assortment of sweet treats too! 5 stars across the board! My little one would give 10 stars if she could.

This is my new go to lunch spot during work. They are the first lunch place I’ve gone to that I actually feel filled after eating. The portion sizes match the cost and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. And the food is delicious! I don’t often eat vegan however I’ve decided to eat here more so for health reasons and I’ve been loving it.

Tl;dr- did not get the pictured experience, probably won't return.

This place has a really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. We told the person at the register it was our first time. While we perused the menu we noticed at least a few of the items on the menu were only available on Saturdays. When we ordered they were out of sausage so we had to change the order.
We ordered 2 coffees and 2 mushroom mozzarella waffles for over $40. I was excited to try the gluten free waffles because this place is so close to my house and my mother in law loves a good waffle. They called our order and it came in Togo boxes even though we were never asked if we wanted take away. No big deal, it won't hurt to eat out of a box, just kinda awkward. Then I opened the box to find a very sad, very plain, kinda not cooked all the way through, looking waffle. "Maybe all the stuff is baked in?" My partner suggests. "I could have sworn this was supposed to be covered in tomato sauce." I replied as I ate my very sad $12 waffle dipping it into this cream basil sauce that was doing all the work in the flavor department. I checked the menu online when I got home and sure enough the waffle was supposed to come with mushrooms, "mozzarella cheeze," tomatoes, and marinara. But when it was served to me I got a buckwheat (gf) waffle with maybe 4 mushrooms baked in, a little discoloration where the "cheeze" was and a basil dipping sauce on the side. No tomatoes and no marinara. My partner ended up with the same sad waffle.

I love this place! I highly suggest you visit for breakfast and lunch needs. The energy you get just from walking in is welcoming and warm. My go to are the waffles or French toast with three different choice of toppings. The fact that everything is vegan makes it even better because of the range of food options they have.

Service is always amazing! When Laurel is there I even feel like family! She’s got such a great personality and that’s just a service.
