Off the Grid

What a cool place. Found it by accident because the place across the street was closed due to bad weather. Great location and Amanda was so nice to me and my clients. She offered heated seat cushions to my clients. Food was amazing. Coffee was the best. Can’t wait to go back.

What a cute place to stop in for lunch! It's just outside of Shenandoah National Park, so a great place to stop if you plan on driving through the park. The food was absolutely delicious, and I would love to stop by again!!

Fantastic ramen bowl...loved the heat! Paired with peach iced tea. Hubby equally enjoyed veggie chili and pulled pork sandwich. Purchased handful of decomposition notebooks with very cool graphics. Must say, biggest plus--three Tesla chargers and one standard EV charger. In the case of our Tesla, we charged at 72 amps.

Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. It was definitely our kind of of food..highly recommend the hummus and pita slices, lemonade and miso ramen bowl. All items are fresh and just so delicious wish we could have gone again before leaving the area, but it is definitely on our list to get back to!!!!

The best breakfast sandwich I have EVER had... and I’m not exaggerating...
- eggs were so fresh... my guess is that the eggs come from the chickens she is raising outback.
- mushroom bacon - wow! Amazing.
- avocado - fresh and ripened to pretreat.

Service was really fast. Dog friendly beautiful outdoor area by the river. Food was amazing. Vegan options (thank you!). Everything was delicious. Staff was friendly attentive and helpful! Definitely got a repeat customer!

Was staying at Skyland this week and was so incredibly happy to come across this cafe. Incredible ramen bowl that was the best thing I had all week! You only have 1 choice this time of year on the mountain and it was not compatible with my diet. OTG was the highlight of my food experience in Shenandoah!!!

The falafel and pulled pork were excellent! The breakfast sandwich was bland and should be avoided. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Atmospheric outdoor seating with views of the creek, gardens, solar farm & greenhouse. Delicious local food and amazing drinks! We devoured our breakfast sandwiches and apple cider donuts.

Got a Make your own smoothie with milk, yogurt, strawberries, mango, blueberries and OJ/banana as the base. Really good. Very surprised by how good it was. Also check out their grown on site hot peppers!
