I've been to Crafted 3 times. Not one experience was ever worth me coming back but because it's one of the only spots for breakfast/lunch in the area - I came back. Though I never will again. First time for breakfast (over a year ago), food took forever and potatoes were still frozen. Second time for lunch (over a year ago), food took forever. Third time for lunch (today), food took forever. We had to ask for our food after waiting 40 minutes (mind you we only ordered appetizers to split for the table and thank goodness we did). They gave me a discount which I appreciate but come on! You need to be much more efficient to offer lunch during a weekday. People have jobs they have to get back to.

Great beer selection and food! I had the beef and cheddar which hit the spot. They had 30 tap choices. Lunch was great, now need to go back for dinner!

really yummy cocktails, great service. if you're looking for pre-game drinks, this is the place. if you're looking for warm or cozy atmosphere, you'd do better in the middle of RIC.

Good food and the atmosphere is wonderful. However, we have been here twice and the service is incredibly slow, specifically from the bar. They're not even very busy but it can take 10-15 minutes just to bring you one drink which is an incredibly long time to wait.

Both times that we came here the service was slow. Everybody is friendly they just don't have very good service.

I got the oysters fried hard and they were cold, u called the restaurant back 4 times in a row it went to a general voicemail . That you can't leave a message on . These are normal hot and so delicious. I am sad they are cold and greasy.

Everything about this place was fabulous! The pork skins and crab dip were awesome. The po' boy was extraordinary! Wonderful service.

My food was tasty and the whiskey sour on point! We had a friendly attentive server. Definitely returning.

Great place, first time there. Server (Mark) was on it...he gave us great options from the menu... The foods was great everyone enjoyed their meal and it was reasonably priced. We were a party of 5 on a Friday night, made reservations and seating was quick.... Will go again

Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. I eat here with work colleagues and vendors. Very responsive staff and great food.

Picked up lunch this week. Super friendly staff (Jaymie and Justin) quickly had my order perfect and the cold crowler ready to go. Definitely recommend the Beef n cheddar with wedges! That cheese sauce was da bomb! Got the Korean and dry rub wings; both were delicious. Love the draft list! Can’t wait to go back! New fave spot!
