Great new coffee shop. Got a pastry and the special espresso. Both were delicious. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I will be back.

I met a colleague here for coffee and was blown away. This coffee shop is so cute, modern and a perfect spot to work or meet a friend. It’s much larger than I expected, the bagel sandwich I got was delicious and my latter was so good. Service was quick and everyone was so nice. I’ve been looking for a local shop outside of chains to meet friends for coffee and I think this will become my go-to spot!

The espresso is perfect. Crisp and flavorful without being over-roasted. Just the right amount of acidity.

The shop is built into an up-cycled, former steak house that incorporated a freight car in its original design. This up-and-coming coffee temple tactfully boasts a clean, polished, laid back atmosphere.

The natural wood furnishings complement the train car motif. It may be assumed that the rectangular shape of a room is spatially limiting. This is not the case. The space is used efficiently without being over crowded. The decor pays homage to shadows of the past without being antiquated.

While this coffee shop is still growing their lunch menu, I will still be an avid patron based on the coffee alone. I look forward to seeing what this shop comes up with.

Do yourself a favor, experience this place for yourself.

This place is in my top 5 coffee shops in Richmond! Only behind Rivers Edge (formally Little Bean) in Mechanicsville. But this is a very close second. However, this place offers a peanut butter white mocha and Rivers Edge does not. I love peanut butter flavor in my coffee and I know that might not be a popular opinion. Also, the coffee here is really smooth.

Decided to try a new coffee shop today with my boyfriend, and stumbled upon this place on Google. So happy I did! Beautiful decor. Love the thought and effort that has been put into this coffee shop. The ambiance is perfect for studying, meetings, or a day out with friends. The coffee is also very nicely roasted, not burnt or too bold. 5 stars 🌟 😁

The best coffee house in Richmond area! It is a clean and cozy place like I never seen before.
Once you go there, you will forget that Starbucks exists!!!
For those who expect a real coffee house!!! European style.

Y'all need to come here for your coffee, folks. The drinks alone put the chains out here to shame, and the food is excellent. Definitely try the cookies too!

I stopped by for lunch and a place to work for a couple of hours and I was not disappointed. Wonderful service and a nice menu of coffee/teas and sandwiches.

The location is beautiful (the coffee shop is built within old train cabooses) with a cozy atmosphere inside. The beverages were delicious (we had a cafe au lait and a chai latte), and the food was scrumptious. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a local, family-owned feel!
