Blanchard's Coffee Broad Street

Great coffee, terrible process. If you mobile order ahead, you still have to wait in line to pick it up. They don’t call your name. By the time I was able to get my drink, the ice was melted and it was watered down. They definitely need to have a better pick-up process.

One of our go-tos for coffee and chai in the area! Always friendly staff, and speedy service. Not to mention the taste is phenomenal of everything made, regardless of who is behind the bar, it always comes out tasting great!

Blanchard's Coffee is by far one of the BEST coffees and coffee companies I've tried after traveling the world. Their customer service is impeccable. Truly an 11/10. Can't RAVE enough about Blanchards. You're missing out on one great cup after cup, if you've not tried Blanchard's. Dr. Mike Reid

Nice coffee house. I myself couldn't really do a comparison test to other coffee competitors. Since I'm not a connoisseur of Coffee but I did enjoy the taste of it.😄

The space is beautiful and the coffee is fantastic! I had their seasonal latte, which was caramel, and it was delicious! I've been buying their coffees for years and I'm really glad to see them open up a proper cafe

Wonderful coffee shop. I have only been able to order from the window outside, so I am unsure of how it is inside, but it does look nice. Fast service, kind baristas. Try a vanilla iced latte.

Best coffee in Richmond, hands down. After years of brewing Blanchard's single origin coffees at home, I'm so glad they finally started opening cafes. A+ products served by A+ folks.

Blanchard’s has always had the best beans in the Richmond region, known for roasting the best coffee on the Eastern Seaboard. As good community steward, they held informative free educational coffee brewing classes at their roastary which appeals to both the amateur coffee user to devout coffee enthusiasts. Now, they have the best coffee shop in town. The Blanchard’s coffee shop has a effortlessly cool design which embodied Blanchard’s emphasis on the details. Their baristas are trained by the Director of Education, bringing full-circle to what they do in their lab to what they offer the customer at their new shop. I wanted to indulged from my regular Americano, so I purchased a mocha. The flavors were rich and was held together nicely with the oat milk I choose to substitute for milk. What made this drink perfect was that the mocha was not sweet at all, which is how it should me. It reminded me of the mocha I got in the coco growing region in the Philippines at a 5-star restaurant. This will definitely not be my last visit, this week.

A taste of LA vibes in Richmond. Great coffee. Awesome staff. Best natural lighting. Great tunes curated by Space Bomb records. Only caveat is that it can get overwhelmingly loud when its busy.
