My wife and I walked in today and were told in a rude way to leave because we didn't have masks on. I found it ironic that many people were sitting a few feet from us drinking coffee and talking without masks at tables, but science or whatever. The barista was visibly annoyed that we didn't adhere to her mask "religion".

I'm really not sure why the ratings for this place are so high. My experience with them was very awkward. I walked in, the place was very muggy and dreary looking. I received no greetings but a half smile. The two young women who were working stared at me as if I had a pimple on my forehead and a booger in my nose. I'm not a coffee snob or particularly picky, but my expectations of a coffee shop are that the coffee is brewed in front of you. If I had known that the coffee was self-serve and already made I would have just went to Sheetz. I got my coffee and I left. There were no exchange of words after I paid. I really felt like my presence was an inconvenience to them and that I was unwanted. The next time I pass by by Lexington, I will just go ahead and stop by Sheetz. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

Ordered cappuccino, got a cup of hot milk with a weak shot of espresso. Apparently they have no idea how to steam milk properly to get the foam needed for a cappuccino. Even if I try to be kind and think they accidentally made me a latte instead, it was still one of the worst coffee drinks that I had in years. It really couldn't even be calleda coffee drink since there was little to no flavor of coffee in it. The staff had no personality. The place seemed like a failed attempt to create some kind of local coffee shop vibe that just wasn't working.

This is such a charming place! It's nice to stop in and warm up on a cold day, or grab a coffee to go anytime. They have a few pastries, but the different drip coffee flavors are the best. The staff are all so nice too!

Excellent coffee shop within a short drive from I81. Street parking can be a challenge with a larger vehicle or during a busy time of the morning but it’s absolutely worth it.

Amazing quick detour for coffee enthusiasts. The friendly staff made me a delicious single origin Ethiopian coffee which carried me for the rest of my trip to VA Beach. You can see into the roasting room and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their coffee. This will be a regular stop for me anytime I drive by Lexington, VA.

The staff must have been having an off day. Not that friendly. I ordered a Cafe Mocha, they told me to fill my cup up with as much coffee as I wanted& they would steam my milk(what???). I ended up getting a Cafeo’lay. I felt so dumb because I had no idea it was so complicated to get coffee
