Einstein Bros. Bagels

Waited an hour on a box of bagels. Gets here. No cream cheese. Who eats bagels without cream cheese? As a bagel place, you have one job: hand people bagels AND cream cheese.

The customer service is horrible. I simply asked for hot tea instead of coffee or orange juice with one of their breakfast specials and got a lovely lecture on how the specials are written out for a reason and if tea was an option for the specials it would have been specified. I walked out and haven't been back. Up until then I loved the variety of bagels.

Great experience. Came here with my two active kids (both 3 and under). Everyone was kind and friendly, staff was patient and offered great recommendations (we had never been here before) and there were even children's shows on the TVs in the sitting area. Coffee was great! Definitely recommend!

Walked in at 1:46 P.M. And the place was empty. Wife ordered a french toast egg sandwich, i had the nova lox, and they were both spectacularly delicious. Great customer service and Jeff was personable and friendly. Will definitely be back.

This place is probably good for sandwiches, soups, etc. It has a very nice seating area, and even though it is an open area, it didn't seem noisy even with lots of people in there. The bagels, however, weren't impressive. The blueberry bagels had very little flavor, and the shmear wasn't notable. The everything bagels were good.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered my food and it came up quickly. I took a bite and realized there were tomatoes, in which I asked for one. I oukked it out to xonfirm and as I did so, one if the employees noticed and said he would remake the sandwich I didn't even have to say anything. The only thing I dislike is the price. It's just a little to high for what you are getting.

Great staff, quick when its not too busy. Usually good variety of bagels, even later in the morning. I could not give this place 5 stars. Here's the reason, one morning on my way to work, I stopped for breakfast. They say they open at 6 am, it was approaching 6:30 am and the person with the keys to open the register was not at the store before opening hours. The worker who was prepping the store for customers was very gracious and indicated that she as sorry she could not serve us but she did not know if the person with the keys would be at the store in a reasonable time. Frankly, as a former retail worker, this is unacceptable. The person who opens the store should have all of the tools needed to serve the customers.If this means the keys to the cash register, the codes to begin the POS system, whatever - no customer should be turned away because the store can't take payment due to another employee.

I love Einstein bagels, they are always nice when i go there. I have never had any problems with the staff or my order being screwed up.

But they have this bagel sandwich called bacon brew (or something close to that) it is the most saltiest thing i have ever tasted. If you are a fan of salty food this is the bagel sandwich for you. I damn near died from hypertension this morning with all that salt. I will not recommend that sandwich. But one thing i will say that at least the sandwich looked like the picture!!!!!

Love this place. I order cream cheese on a pretzel bagel..OMG...it's delicious. Service is also great. Quick and efficient thank you Einstein Bros...

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The store was nice and clean and bustling. I had their dark roast, called Melvyn's, and a cranberry bagel. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last.
