Einstein Bros. Bagels

A good variety of options (especially if you’re a bagel enthusiast or looking to try something new)! I went with the ‘All Nighter’, and loved it! The toppings and sauce were perfectly cooked and seasoned, plus the bagel was just the right amount of filling to get me started for the day. I recommend checking this place out the next time you’re craving a bagel!

I had a bagel from their town center location and it was GREAT! So I decided to doordash one and it came from Chesapeake. I get the bagel, I'm enjoying and feeding my toddler some. I look down to a dead bug wrapped up in the lettuce... I started gagging and called them. They offered a new one and told me to refund through door dash but I'll probably never ever ever ever in my life Eat another or recommend.

Out of the locations in Hampton Roads that I have visited so far, this is my favorite. Pleasant, friendly staff. Quick and accurate service. The one thing that set this location a part from others is the gentleman that took my order (I assume the owner) personalized my service by asking me if I wanted any changes to my order. This may seem small but to have him even ask made me realized that I had a lot more options than what we see. I got a little excited. I got my usual (pic below) and a Turkey and Cheddar. Unfortunately , there's no pic of the latter; I ate it before I remembered I was supposed to. Take that as a hint🤭😉

It was my first time there. I ordered a spinach bagel. Thinking that if it was sitting out, they would at least pop it in the toaster oven for a few seconds. They didn't. It was cold and hard. This is a high end bagel shop. Smells great. But I can't pay $8 for a pizza bagel. I'll go and purchase a pizza. Somebody enjoys it though...just not me.

I pass this establishment all the time and always said that I would stop by. Also someone at my job said that the food here was pretty good. So I finally had time this morning to order a bagel. I placed an order over the phone, and whoever answered was rude. Then I showed up to get the food and nobody acknowledged me when I stood there looking crazy for the pick up I had to ask them, being that it was my first time, and the food wasn’t all that great. I had higher expectations. I would never come here again. And the bathroom toilet wasn’t all that clean. It wasn’t even busy I was the only one at the counter and no one acknowledged me until I said something

Bagels arrive to the shop frozen so they can be baked "fresh". Employees prepare food on counters still covered in sauces/food from the last order. Please don't bother going there for your meal. It's not worth the money you'd be charged, compared to places like WaWa down the road.

Great customer service. The staff is friendly. It’s 7:55 am on Saturday, and they opened at 7:00, and looking at the floors, you would think they were open for hours. The store could’ve been swept and vacuumed the day before, but overall, the food and service made up for it.

I'm dropping a star for this location. The food is always great, IF it's in stock. They always run out of everything early in the day. It's been over a year, and they still don't have the loyalty program fully established. No online ordering except through delivery services where they have the items marked up significantly. You can't redeem most of the benefits Einstein attempts to offer because this location does not have in-app ordering. Also, the more frequently I visit, the more I notice the lack of cleanliness. It's not crazy dirty, but it doesn't seem like they vacuum, sweep, or dust enough.

Today is the second weekend I have ordered from this restaurant thru door dash. Last weekend I ordered the smoked salmon bagel, I was not told they were out of salmon until it was delivered and instead of canceling my order, they sent a random bagel with cream cheese that I did not want or ask for. Fast forward to today, I ordered the same thing, however this time I made sure that I put special instructions for if they are out of my order, to cancel the whole thing. When I received my order today I had everything on my bagel except the main ingredient Smoked Salmon :-( I called the store and was informed they are not out of the smoked salmon, they must have forgot to put it on there! Do not get food from here delivered.

Never tried Einstein before and now I realize how much I was missing in life. 10/10 I got the Texas Brisket and the Wife got.....IDK something with turkey. We were too entranced in the bagels! Also got the pepperoni bagel as a failsafe and needless to say everything far exceeded expectations ( ͡♥ ͜ʖ ͡♥)
