Was recommended to come here by coworkers, and after they gave me a donut from here, it didn’t take much convincing. The donuts here are to die for! Sooo delicious and so many options. Be weary of the prices, you can easily spend a whole paycheck here with all their glorious and creative options.

My daughter and I love this place. They offer a wide variety of flavors. Its not your typical donut shop either. You're able to create your own donut with all different types of toppings. Everything is made fresh too. So delicious.

Duck Donuts is really good and usually pretty fresh, my girls love them. I’ve ordered from this specific location on Battlefield Blvd a bunch of times in the past, they’ve messed up my order a couple times but it was never a big deal. 😌 Well this morning they messed up my order and unfortunately the person I ordered it for doesn’t eat sausage so I called and asked if they could remake it being as though I don’t live far… I shouldn’t have done that! 😩 I originally ordered two bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and they gave me two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches instead… after picking up the remade order, we discovered it to be poorly put together, hardly any bacon on it and someone’s hair is in it! 🤮 Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never order from here again.

I will preface this review by saying that I wrote it with an understanding that good help is hard to find…We stopped by on our road trip back to Maine. When we walked in we saw a few people waiting. We ordered, they did not tell us the wait. As we waited we noticed that there was only one kid making donuts while another kid continued to take numerous orders. These were the only two working. We had seen what appeared to maybe be a manager once who disappeared in the back and did not return to the front. The kid making the donuts went steady and even though he was obviously overwhelmed he held it together and just kept the donuts coming. He quickly made the batter and frosted the donuts. He was always polite and gave the other boy directions like to stop taking orders to help make batter and sandwiches. This review would not be a four star without these kids hard work - they both deserve lots of recognition to work a 4 person position with only two bodies on a busy Monday after 4th of July. Kudos boys.

THE BEST donuts I have ever had. All donuts are made one-by-one fresh to order with custom glaze, icing, topping, you name it! Does not disappoint. Super convenient location near a few restaurants for a nice dessert after dinner too! I recommend stopping in here for an AMAZING donut. Treat yourself.

**Edit- management contacted me and said they'd like the opportunity to make up for their mistake and show me that they had improved their customer service. We went back and the new management has definitely improved customer service. Employees were friendly and helpful, service was quick, and donuts were delicious. We'll go back again.
Deeply disappointed in this location. Went after picking my daughter up from swim practice. At 6 in the morning, placed our order, then waited while they took the order behind us. Then waited. Then waited while they prepared the order behind us and handed it to the customer. Then waited while they got coffee creamer for the order behind us. Then waited while they (finally) prepared our half-dozen order. It shouldn't take ten minutes to prepare 6 donuts in an empty store with 3 employees.

The best bacon donuts I've ever had

I placed my order online and arrived early to wait for my pickup time. They never once called my name. Instead they call out #99 which wasn't my number because all I had was a 12 digit plus number. I the young man finally came close enough for me to ask about my order because now its 10 minutes past my pickup time. He asked my name and I gave it to him, he looked and said I need a name. I said "I told you my name is Robyn". The other work then grabbed my order and handed it to me. Wasn't offered to approve my order just like they offered everyone else was. Absolutely horrible customer service at 4:30 in the afternoon.
