The name is deceptive. They serve more than pie. The name also promises “quality” but fails to deliver.

I believe you can tell a good pie shop based on their Pecan. The slice I had was mediocre, dry, and lacked the gooey-center that one might expect from a place with Pie in their name. The color was greenish and the flavors quite bland. I was underwhelmed.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. The shop is hip. The Pie just wasn’t quality.

I loved the food! I ordered coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit that was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the pickled onion and pork belly, which were also delightful. We came in during a peak brunch hour but didn't have any trouble getting our meal promptly. I hope next time I stop by to try more of their menu, but I would recommend this establishment for a quick meal. The interior was cluttered, but the food made up for it.

Small place, owner was a nice fella, pie was fantastic. Should go for dinner soon.

Had an absolutely phenomenal breakfast here midmorning on a weekday. Not busy (one other person in the restaurant), service was efficient and the quality of the food was amazing. Would likely have overlooked this gem if we hadn't been staying nearby and I'm thrilled we made sure to stop by. Highly recommend!

We got lunch to go from Quality Pie and took it over to Champion Brewing to enjoy with a beer flight. The Cuban Sandwich was delicious. Pro tip: get the Apple Fritter for dessert!

This place is really cool and very tasty. Tomas really kept the spirit of students alive with the original wrap around bar seating and the small town local vibes. This place is really great.

After traveling in Barcelona and Càdiz this summer, how delighted I was to come back to Charlottesville and find Boquarones and small plate Tapas in Quality Pie! More impressive yet are their deserts, and their very fine sherry, from the Jerez region of Andalusia! This time I had a grilled cheese with the lightest bread, Gruyere, pesto, and pear! The staff are incredible, polite, efficient, and invested in their customers. Happy sigh!

From breakfast to lunch to dinner, the “quality” is outstanding here. The first thought that came to mind when trying the food is that it is served with a special ingredient: love. Get the apple fritters and a latte in the morning or try one of the Cuban sandwiches. I was delighted by a pan-fried local rabbit with jus for dinner and it was the best I have had without exaggeration. Try Quality Pie! I’ll be back.

Maybe it was the post-marathon hunger talking, but that was the best brisket biscuit I've ever had.

Good food, good service, good coffee. Little sad there wasn't pie.
